On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the second floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm (431 sq ft). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can also be rented. Three additional people can stay there.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. You can relax well in this peaceful accommodation. In the heart of Rühstädt, you can lie in the hammock and watch storks, cook in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the terrace. Nights by the campfire, romantic walks along the Elbe – summer can be enjoyed here in a very special way. But autumn and winter also have their special charm here on the Elbe. After a long walk, you can relax wonderfully in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea.

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Surrounded by fields, forests and not far from the Havel, which invites you to swim and drift, we are happy to welcome you to our spacious courtyard. Here you can relax, enjoy the huge terrace, linger under the veranda of the summer kitchen, eat, celebrate, work and relax with friends, family or acquaintances, watch the wild geese and cranes during the day and marvel at the breathtaking starry sky at night.
