Holiday rentals with a patio in Breitnau

It is a very nice, cute cottage. You sleep on the lower floor of an old farmhouse on the grounds of Daniel's parents. His parents live upstairs. They are very sweet people who regularly come to see if everything is in order, but are absolutely not intrusive. The cottage was spotless and contained everything you need. From pans to containers, from herbs to BBQ utensils. The cottage is quite low. If you are taller than 195 cm, you will have to shower while bending over ;). The area is wonderfully quiet, and you can walk into the forest in no time. This was wonderful for us with the dog. In the evening, you can sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you Daniel, and your parents too, we had a great time and definitely recommend the cottage!

Lothar was a very friendly and generous host. We really enjoyed our stay in Pfaffenweiler together with our friends and children. It is a very relaxing environment with wonderful surroundings. For wine enthusiasts: the local wine is absolutely worth trying.

We were on a bikepacking tour and the. Bicycles could be parked without any problems. The apartment is near a supermarket. Everything was available (washing machine, clothes rack incl. detergent) and everything else you need. The apartment is cozy. Perfect for us.

This was a great place to stay. The directions to get in were clear and the place was wonderful with a great view. We really enjoyed the space and felt super welcome. The entire place was clean and our daughters enjoyed the living room part of the space. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix and such. Overall it really fit our needs. Highly recommend if you’re going to near by towns or to the large swimming pool park.

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

We received clear instructions for check-in. We liked the apartment, it is cozy, large balcony with a beautiful view and quiet surroundings. There is a folder with many tips on the amenities in the village and numerous hiking opportunities. We felt comfortable

Frank is a welcoming and available host. He willingly shares information about the area. The apartment is impeccable - as described; it has everything! In a very accessible location and - for food lovers - a good restaurant within walking distance! We particularly liked the central location of the site - a good walk and you're in Titisee, a beautiful place on the edge of the lake of the same name. Also, Freiburg.Br. is very close.

Beautiful, lovingly renovated apartment in a green and quiet environment. We felt comfortable right away - everything was super family and child friendly. A wonderful place. And Sebastian is a proactive, friendly host - thank you for everything!

Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there - we felt comfortable from the first moment. We especially liked the quiet location and the comfortable beds. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and provided us with helpful tips. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

We liked the stay in the Sonnenhäusle very much. The house is quiet and you can start hiking right at the door. We also received tips for hikes, which we tested directly and found to be good. 🙂 The house is well suited for 4 adults and the spacious garden invites you to relax. The communication in advance and at check-in was excellent. The house itself has everything you need and the sauna after a long hike was an absolute treat. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely loved👍😍. We stayed 1 week for two with our four-legged friends in the beautiful accommodation of Petra and Roger. Already before our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot. Last but not least, Petra and Roger are perfect, loving 😍hosts who were always available and supported with valuable tips. Simply 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for everyone👍🙏. We had a wonderful time🙏.. A beautifully converted dairy stylish and chic. Lovely setting on the family farm. Warm welcome and great to be able to buy locally made produce direct. Well placed to visit sights in the Black Forest. Would visit again

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything met our expectations. The large living/dining area is very nice. Since we wanted to spend two days in Rulantica, this apartment was perfectly located for us as a starting point. Always happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the Hermeshof. The pictures don’t do justice for the actual house. It is really cozy and comfortable, well equipped and incredibly clean (I’m always a bit hesitant). Natassja and her family are really friendly, and they make you feel very welcome from the start. Our kids, especially loved all the toys, disco lighting in 1 of the rooms and the outdoor area to play around. At arrival we received the “dreiwelten card” which gives discount or in some cases even free entry for excursions/facilities in the region. This was a really nice surprise as we didn’t know upfront. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday apartment! Everything was perfect from the start. Eunice is a fantastic host and we felt welcome even before arriving at the Pine Cone Loft as she provided us with all the relevant information well in advance. The apartment is pristine, luxurious and the views over the forest from the balcony and from the kitchen are breathtaking. The kitchen had everything you need including coffee and tea. Even the bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and lots of towels. Eunice was very patient with our rescue dog who was a bit nervous at first. Everything is very dog friendly, the dog house rules are easy to follow and there even was a water bowl and mat for our dog. The whole apartment was very clean and we felt immediately at home. The area is beautiful and quiet and right on the hiking trails. Baden-Baden very close and easy to reach within 10 minutes by car. Eunice has so many great tips about the area and is always there to help if you need anything. 100% recommend!

This beautiful apartment was a perfect getaway for us to Black Forest. We were there for 2 nights with our cat & felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need and is very neat & clean. We only felt that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow but managed anyhow. Very peaceful & beautiful surrounding. Would definitely recommend.
