The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Our "Lütte Deern", built around 1860, has been welcoming guests from all directions for over 20 years. The traditionally thatched roof conveys a typical Nordic flair. In the course of several modernizations since 2017, traditional charm now blends with comfortable modernity to create an incomparable coziness.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

This holiday home, 55m², is ideal for 2 people and is situated in a stunning location in Germany’s smallest town, offering views of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained, the Swedish-red wooden house is fully insulated. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Schlei are featured both in the downstairs living room and in the upstairs gallery.

In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
