Ein Highlight des Appartements ist die große, private Terrasse. Genießen Sie dort einen ruhigen Abend oder schlendern Sie am See entlang. Dieser ist entspannt in ca. 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Garten und die ruhige Lage laden zum Entspannen ein.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, as well as the large living room. The kitchen has a modern built-in kitchen including a dishwasher and offers enough space to sit together comfortably in the adjacent dining room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine.

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
