The bedrooms share a mini split unit that keep you cool in summer and warm when it’s chilly. There’s a stand alone unit in the main area of the house. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.
