This place has everything you would need for a stay! Neighborhood is nice and quiet and the neighbors were kind! The AirBnB was clean and had everything that was on the listing! Mike and Lamarr were very helpful when I had issues with the alarm system and locks. Overall experience was great and I will be coming back in the future!

We loved staying at Lilah’s place! Easy check in and flexible check out time upon request. We loved the location (close to Seward Park) and reasonable distance from Downtown Seattle. Beautiful home and would love to stay again.

Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, making it super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transportation and great local spots. Sabyasachi was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 8! We came to Alaska a few days before our cruise and everything we needed was there, even down to the step stool needed for the little one. Our group ranged from 4 to mid-60s and the accommodations were perfect for all ahead groups. Mila provided very clear instructions and because we had everything we needed there wasn't a need to reach out to her beyond that. Convenient location, beautiful backyard space, quiet area...our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

What a great stay! The one-bedroom space was perfect—clean, comfortable, and packed with amenities. It had everything I needed: a fully stocked kitchen, a great shower, washer and dryer, and even games and activities. The backyard and front yard were both lovely, and the gated parking made it feel extra secure. It was also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. The location was ideal—easy access to SeaTac, Kabota Gardens, downtown Seattle, and lots of hidden gems throughout the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall, a fantastic find in a great neighborhood!

Overall, we were very satisfied with Jaiqi's place and the amenities it had to offer. Everything was clean and put together very nicely. It was a little tricky navigating to the lower unit for the first time but wasn't a problem after watching the extremely helpful video that was provided upon check in. Jiaqi was responsive at all hours which was very reassuring provided we were very far from home and not familiar with the area. I would stay at Jaiqi's place in a heartbeat the next time I stay in Renton!

I had a great stay! The location was really good about a 20–25 minute drive to downtown, which made it easy to get around. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The host responded quickly to any questions, which made the experience even better. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend!

Was in town for Seattle storms games. Airbnb was very clean and pictures represented the space accurately. read all her full description of the place and what is included. leaving a bad review because she doesn't have a TV, you clearly didn't read all of the amenities. highly recommend and would stay again.

Such a well appointed space, loved the style. Felt super roomy. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Necessities in walking distance.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host who provided so many recommendations on where to travel, clear instructions with pictures on entering/exiting and house amenity usage, and even sent me maps on train travel. His abode was very clean, simple, and comfortable. He was responsive and accomodating; I highly recommend him!

Thomas's location was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment was not just what we needed; it felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, and we felt comfortable. Thomas was a great host. He communicated that the apartment was ready for us when we arrived and that we could check in earlier than the usual check-in time. We did not meet the first day we arrived, but he came down to introduce himself the next morning, and we had a friendly chat to discuss our plans for our visit to the area. This location is ideal for anyone who plans to visit the city to attend any events held at T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field, as the routes to the area are simple and easy to get to. Plus, it is a good location to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, with easy access to major roadways. I will consider Thomas's location again for future travels to Seattle.

Appreciated the peaceful location, the birds singing outside contributed to that feeling. Pristinely clean inside with very comfortable furnishings! Nadia is very responsive and helps in any way she can.

Overall really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. In a great location, near pike place market + 1st Ave and the price was very competitive. The hosts were really responsive and kind. They have a great bag holding system as well, although I didn’t end up using. There was the occasional loud neighbor and some street/ building noises, but to be expected for the area. I’m a light sleeper, and was able to fall asleep without the use of earplugs (which are nicely provided ). Overall I enjoyed my stay and had no real inconveniences or incidents occur and if I’m in the Seattle area again will try and book here again.

Check in was seamless and we really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in town. The place was very cozy and perfect for my husband and I. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. We will return to Tonia’s next time we are in Bainbridge!

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Best place to stay if you’re visiting Seattle! Location is super convenient being next to the station and there are so many walkable restaurants and a market nearby. The place itself was clean, quiet mostly (until the unit above us became occupied), and there was basically anything you could need when traveling.

This was our second stay at one of Lisa’s units and we would highly recommend to anyone! The unit place is clean and the location is quiet and convenient. We loved that the place is right off West Seattle bridge and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Lisa is also very responsive and was quick to accommodate us when we wanted to extend.

We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!
