*The lake is currently low.* This is a shabby and "chique-less" old fishing camp, but it might be the sweetest backyard sittin' spot on the lake. Shade trees & long views. NO CLEAN FREAKS ALLOWED. This place is held together with chewing gum and baling wire. There is substantial deferred maintenance & clutter of junk. If you don't like dirt, dust, bugs, peeling paint, bad floors & sagging doors, this is not the place for you. It’s like camping indoors. A roof over your head, a decent bed & AC.

(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
