Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

The apartment is located in a family home. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to downtown Erlangen. Shopping facilities within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are available. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.
