Absolutely loved Kari and Dean's unique stay! We needed a few days to rest and reset from work and this was just the place to do that. The property was huge and private and the cabin was just the right size for a family getaway. We loved getting to explore what the property had to offer, as we walked a bit and rented the golf cart for one day to explore even more! Hot tub was great, loved that it was indoors to keep the bugs away. Kari has pretty much anything you would need at the house and both hosts answer any questions if you did need something. PSA this is a great location for any reactive dog owners as we brought our dog/people reactive pup. He loves being off leash in large areas but we struggle finding places where we feel comfortable and private. It was just perfect and he loved exploring with us, swimming in the pond and taking a ride with us on the golf cart! Highly recommend to anyone and we hope to come back!

My family spent our annual family Memorial Day weekend and had such a wonderful time! Location was perfect, lakefront but also peaceful in the cove. There were so many activities available indoors and outdoors, Bryan and Jerrod did really well with making sure a family is set for fun filled memorable weekend! The hosts have added the cutest little outdoor bar, which we enjoyed very much! The only glitch was that a company came to spray for spiders while we were there- not the owners fault but the company that sprays could have chosen a more appropriate time to spray. Otherwise, an amazing stay, wonderful hosts, definitely recommend!

The setting is peaceful and secluded—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight, especially in the evenings as we watched the sunset over the hills. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. What really made our stay special was the host—extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about making your experience perfect. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to unwind in nature with some luxury touches. We can't wait to come back!

Super cozy, we loved the hot tub after a long hike during the day! Just as described!!

We loved staying at Tennille’s Killbuck cabin. We were looking for a cozy, private cabin with fishing, bon fire, hot tub for a relaxing weekend in. Her place provided all of that for adults and young kids. The cabin was very clean, provided all that we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels in bathrooms. Multiple rooms with plenty of seating for guests. Tennille was even kind enough to mail home my daughter’s stuffed animal she left behind. This is a host that will go the extra mile for clients.

We had such a wonderful time as guests at Camp Hall-o-Way! Upon booking, Karey answered all of my questions and made sure that we were all squared away. I booked the day-before which was fine but not the norm for this bnb. This wasn't an issue at all. During our stay, we cooked in a lot and had a great time using the range and grill. Checkout was very easy! It's refreshing not to have a laundry list of things to do before you leave. We all appreciated that! Guests, there is just so much to do in and around this centralized bnb if you want to spend quality time at Mohican State Park. Karey went above and beyond to make sure the cabin was amazing! Karey, we loved the house game. It was an unexpected highlight!

My friends and I had a girls trip here last weekend and had SO much fun! It was perfect for us since both beds are in the same room. It was all set up with lights, AC, hot tub and everything when we got there. We didn’t follow the directions given to find the place and simply put it into google maps, which brought us to the terrifying abandoned cabin up the hill, so make sure to follow the directions that Barb provided when trying to get there!

This cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is in a peaceful setting in the country, perfect for two people. It is close to Mansfield and Mohican State Park. The hot tub was so relaxing!

Stayed here for a blended family weekend and rafting the Mohican . We had an awesome time. Close enough to rafting trips and also amish country shopping. We wnjoyed tge hot tub and back porch alot playing cards under the bug zapper lol. Would recommend this place for future viaits to the area.

The cabin was exceptionally clean, and both the hot tub and the home were well-maintained. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I find myself in the area. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality extended to us during our stay at your cabin.

If you are looking for a quiet, rural get-away, then this little cabin is just your ticket. It is off the beaten path and requires a drive to local amenities, like restaurants and shops. But it you want to pack in all your essentials for overnight or a couple of days, this is a perfect opportunity to see and experience a scenic part of Ohio. Maria is a wonderful host and everything is clean and welcoming.

We love this location! It’s the most serene, peaceful, cozy and quiet place we’ve ever stayed. It’s very clean, anything you could need is provided. Beds and furnishings are comfy and perfect. A bit of the rustic vibe is on point for the location without missing any comfort. It was rainy most of our visit with family in town but we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this cabin and sitting on the covered porch with blankets and enjoying the view and the atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

Jordan was a great host! Her place was so beautiful and inviting. We loved the authentic barn feel with so much quality. The views were beautiful and set the scene for a perfect bonfire. I enjoyed taking epsom salt baths in the master bedroom. We loved the coziness of the home as well as the cleanliness. The indoor electric fireplace made our movie nights so cozy. Highly recommend this home for a private staycation. Most restaurants and stores are a 20 min drive from the property, but we didn’t mind the distance.

Beautiful house and the location was perfect in relation to our wedding venue. we're definitely coming back at a later date just to enjoy Mohican. Maybe I'll even bring my horses next time!

My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary and this was the perfect Airbnb for just that. We had our own privacy and wasn’t right in town and we loved it. Absolutely beautiful cabin and very well decorated. When we needed something Korey responded quicker than most hosts and helped us out. You also need to try Spankys pizza because it was great and we are picky with our pizza. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here.

It was a great place

This was a last minute deal and Autumn was responsive, friendly, and flexible. The house was nice with multiple views of the expansive land, which had beautiful rolling hills, as well as, wooded areas. We really enjoyed our stay!

I planned a surprise fishing trip for my husband and chose Creekside Cabins after talking to the very helpful host, Debbie. The directions were clear, and the old barn landmark made it easy to find. We immediately thought, “We should bring the whole family next time!” The Shanty and the big cabin are close together, but noise wasn’t much of an issue. Inside our cabin, we hardly noticed neighbors. The first night it rained, so we grilled and relaxed in the cozy rocking chairs. The bed was very soft — I prefer firmer, but it was comfortable. Mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the river were peaceful. My husband spent the weekend fishing while I read by the fire pit. The shared shower house was large and clean with good hot water and pressure. We’re already planning to return! Bonus: my husband broke his line trying to reel in a 3-footer and caught several carp — it’s definitely a good fishing spot!

What a cute little cabin, with near access to beautiful Mohican State Park! very comfortable on a beautiful lot - and very cozy warm space to stay for a weekend away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Charlene!

We enjoyed staying here there was plenty of space and the lot was beautiful! However the floors were very creaky and made it difficult for my infant and little ones to sleep. Other than that we had a good time.

We had such an amazing stay! We enjoy coming to town quite frequently, and this was our first time staying at Mary’s cabin. I have nothing but excellent things to say, and we will most likely be staying here every single time we come! The hospitality was amazing and everything item we had forgotten was provided. The cleanliness was exceptional as well as the comfort. We cannot wait to come back!

You won’t find a better place or more responsive hosts. This place is outside town, but still convenient to town and Kiser Lake. The amenities are all first class. Nice towels, nice sheets, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We knew that there was a washer and dryer, so we were even able to pack lighter than a normal trip. The hosts left us well stocked with firewood and we made some yummy s’mores while sitting out and enjoying the quiet of nature. I’m new to having my own Airbnb account and I can only hope to get other hosts as nice and responsive as Scott and Chelle. They had homemade apple crisp and ice cream waiting for us upon our arrival. The apple crisps were still warm! The fridge had farm fresh milk, eggs, coffee creamer and butter. Everything about this place and these hosts exceeded our highest expectations. Now that I’m retiring, we hope to use this place every time we go to Urbana to visit the daughter and granddaughter.

Ms Susan was absolutely amazing and so respectful. Her property was 10x better than the pictures could even describe. Brought along the kiddos. They were in heaven from the spaces of the house and their upstairs sleeping area to the pound and all the things that came with it. Fish was great and the kids burned up the paddle boat. If you have kayaks highly recommend bringing those as well, either fish out of and or just to relax in. Thank you for the stay and we will 100% be back.
