The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

The house is a short drive into Buxton town centre for shops, bars, theatre & cinema or a little further to Bakewell. our pet friendly house has an enclosed garden & lockable bike shed with bike / dog washing facilities.

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Lovingly renovated, No5 is decorated in a muted, contemporary palette of greys with an emphasis on handcrafting, reuse and British made. Through an original sash window, from the antique French bed, is a peaceful Hardy-esque view of the church, the yard filled with rambling Rosebay Willow herb.
