Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caen

We loved our few nights stay at Vincent’s place. Very comfortable bed, quite spacious room, great air flow and very grateful for the car space on site (hard to find in Bayeux). And great local restaurants and access to the Normandy beaches. Would be happy to come back one day 🙂

The lady met with us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful from the start. Gave a guided tour of the apartment. Lots of helpful stuff in the kitchen that we had forgotten, but are necessary. Having its own garage is a massive bonus when staying in a city centre. I would really recommend this place. Peter

This property is right in the heart of Bayeux, but is quiet and has private parking. It was immaculately presented and felt like home straight away. Milene, the host, was extremely helpful and responds quickly to any query. We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in a lovely and quaint town on the beach. The apartment was clean, had lovely decorations and amenities, and the view out the window made us want to stay in and cancel all of our plans to tour the surrounding areas! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and had helpful suggestions to make our stay even better.

Excellent séjour à Deauville, appartement très bien situé, vue à couper le souffle. De jolies découvertes et de bons moments passés à la plage. Nous recommandons.

Christopher, Thank you for all your kindnesses toward us. The roses & peonies were a great surprise, even though we did not experience any inconvenience from the front door hiccup. Your sterling character as a host showed through just as the beach light reflected off the antique silver objects around the salon. The turret bed was very spacious and comfortable as the linen bedcovers were a treat! The nearby fish market and shops were very convenient and your well furnished kitchen allowed for some great cuisine to dine-in. You did a wonderful preservation project on the installation of the new windows, that truly showcased the villa and the incredible beachside location. We were able to relax and enjoy the happy sounds of the children and families. Trouville is a wonderful place that we hope - someday - we are able to return with our grandchildren and children! Nous avons passé une nuit très agréable pour notre Road trip en Normandie, logement très accessible grâce aux instructions données. Petit chalet très propre, bien aménagé, rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour au calme. L’accès à la piscine du camping grâce aux bracelets nous a été d’une grande utilité en cette période de canicule. Nous reviendrons sans hésité !

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend (mi-juin) dans ce magnifique logement . Nous nous y sommes senties vraiment bien, dès notre arrivée. Toutes les pièces sont lumineuses et spacieuses. Les matériaux choisis sont de qualité et l'ensemble de ce logement est aménagé et décoré avec goût. L'idée de la chambre avec trois lits individuels est top et nous a rappelé de merveilleux souvenirs d'enfance. Nous avons également apprécié le livre photo retraçant la rénovation du gîte. Cela montre l'envie et le travail effectué pour arriver aux résultats. Enfin une petite attention laissée par les propriétaires : une délicieuse bouteille de leur propre cidre.

Une maison littéralement sur la plage !! Le logement est exceptionnel, parfaitement équipé ,idéalement situé, on peut tout faire à pied ,de plus Bertrand est très sympathique et réactif, je recommande vivement 🥰😍👌🏻👍🏻

Beautiful home in the beach in a historic place! Home was warm and cozy with beach access and restaurants/shops are walkable. Would definitely stay again!

We loved Chantal’s place. We were warmly welcomed by Chantal, who provided us with a tour of her place and helped us get settled. The place felt brand new, everything was pristinely clean. Interior is beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. Chantal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - with a yummy cider waiting chilled for us, and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also all the amenities available (toilet paper; towels; dishwashing detergent etc). Chantal has very cute puppies and she allowed my son to play with them. We would love to stay again and will - but next time we will stay longer. Highly recommend Chantal’s place.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. Alloggio molto tranquillo e molto gradevole. L'Host molto disponibile. L'automobile è fondamentale.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans le gîte de Nicolas ! La maison est vraiment spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Nicolas est venu nous accueillir pour nous faire visiter la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention envers notre toutou (gamelle à disposition et proposition de balades !). Nous avons très bien dormi, au calme de la campagne. Merci Nicolas pour la gentillesse de son accueil !

Nous sommes ravis du séjour passé dans ce logement. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, avec plusieurs salles de bain et nous avons pu en profiter sans nous marcher dessus (6 adultes et 6 enfants dont 2 bébés). Le logement est propre, de nombreux équipements sont proposés (2 chaises hautes, une baignoire bébé, une lave linge, un sèche linge, transats, livres…). Les extérieurs sont également parfaitement entretenus, avec un grand terrain entièrement clos. Il est idéalement placé, proche du centre ville de Dives et a une petite demi-heure du centre ville de Cabourg a pied. En ce qui concerne les hôtes, 5/5 également : disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est très cosy et bien décoré. Fidèle aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place. La résidence est très jolie et calme. Marie Danielle est une hôte très réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé très bon séjour. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, propre, fonctionnel et super bien situé - idéal pour un séjour en famille (nous étions avec avec deux enfants en bas âge).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable, rénové récemment, avec vue sur la mer. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à distance à pied, on a profité de la digue et de la plage de sable fin. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil, ses consignes et ses conseils.

Notre deuxième séjour dans cet apartement - toujours aussi idéale pour passer quelques jours à Deauville .. l'emplacement, l'équipement, l'éspace .. et les réponses / réactivité de Charlotte au top! Merci!

Appartement très bien situé lumineux et cosy avec petit balcon et emplacement parking ultra pratique Vincent a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ son qualificatif de super hôte est tout a fait mérité je recommande sans hésitation !!

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Rien à redire nous avons été plus que ravis de notre séjour. Tout était parfait. Ils ont vraiment pensé à tout. Nous reviendrons à bientôt….
