Beautiful stay! The house is immersed in nature, with lots of outdoor spaces where you can relax or eat. Everything is as pictured. Laura is very kind and immediately available if needed. You need the car, but it is well worth it for the tranquility of the place. Highly recommended!

David was very responsive and proactive, he even brought us chairs and table to the balcony when we requested. The flat was very clean, comfortable and the building itself was full of kind people. Parking was easy and spacious. Unless you want to use the car to get to Bologna, your options are limited. There is no public transport on Sundays and the last bus back from Bologna leaves at 19:00 and takes an hour. Our issue was more about the playground nearby, even the windows are sealing very well, there is no soundproofing that excludes 20 kids screaming during the day and the teenagers on the weekends. It is not that bad as it sounds, but you won't get sleep while there are kids on that playground.

We came to Sasso Marconi to spend a short weekend and slept in Lisa's Airbnb. The house was perfect, everything impeccable. Lisa and Massimiliano are very helpful and attentive to everything, communication is great even via messages. Really nothing to say. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon!
