Petit studio tout confort aménagé dans un esprit "tiny house" avec coin salon, petite cuisine, espace nuit et salle de douche. Nous avons conçu ce lieu "comme pour nous". Nous espérons qu'il saura ravir les voyageurs en quête de tranquillité et de nature : Le jardin arboré est une invitation à se ressourcer à l'ombre des chênes. Un sentier vous mènera à un point de vue imprenable sur la Vilaine (200m). Nous serons heureux d'échanger sur votre séjour avec des idées de choses à découvrir ici & là.

Location du samedi au samedi l’été. Venez découvrir la maison cocooning , à 10 kms des plages de Billiers, pouvant accueillir 2 adultes, 2 enfants . Ancien atelier d'arts plastiques transformé en maison de vacances, il se situe à la campagne et en bordure de Vilaine, sur les bords du GR34. Un espace jardin, avec balançoire et cabane plaira à vos enfants. Location de 3 nuits minimum sur les grands WE(Pâques, 1er et 8 mai, Pentecôte), Ascension 4 nuits min Chauffage poêle à bois en hiver.

Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
