"Palazzaccio Todi Estate" hideaway

from 15th JULY to 31st AUGUST - Bookings should start on a Saturday and be a minimum of 7 nights or multiples. Nestled in the hills opposite Todi lies our centuries old estate. A 3 bedrooms stone house with fireplace, 18 mt infinity pool, kids' pool and playground, surrounded by 40 hectares of private oak wood and olive orchard. Perfect place for a family holiday, friends get together or couple getaway. We have put our love and sweat to make this place like no other.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

Rock suite with hot tub

After leaving the car in the free parking lot right outside the building, you cross the staircase and, after a few steps, you reach our little house. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking to relax from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

Gilda's home

La Dimora di Gilda is a modern annex consisting of a small living room with a fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchenette, a bedroom (also double) and a private bathroom. The Dimora is located in the garden of an ancient stone farmhouse (1700s), surrounded by the Umbrian countryside with olive trees and fruit plants just 2.5 km from the center of Spoleto (5 minutes by car). If you don't have your own vehicle, a shuttle service is available.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Villa Eden

Delightful 50 sqm detached house including a large 40 sqm terrace for your relaxing summer evenings, garden, small vegetable garden and parking space. It has a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. Linens, towels and TV are included. The house is 1 km from Montefalco and 10 km from Foligno, 15 km from Spello, 25 km from Rasiglia, and Assisi.

Historic residence in the heart of Assisi's historic center, convenient for getting around on foot with free parking on site. The house includes a large dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, two bedrooms with two private bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.

“La Locanda del Monte” is situated in Montefalco, famous for its Sagrantino wine. The Locanda is inside a Castle, it is an ideal setting to stay to discover Umbria and its beautiful places and to relax in an ancient atmosphere, far away from the urban noise and its frenetic life.
