Apartment holiday rentals in Canal Saint-Martin

This place was perfect for the two of us to stay, convenient to the Metro, clean and cozy. There was no A/C, but her curtains kept the heat out and the fan did just fine to keep us cool. We weren’t sure if there would be A/C or not being in Paris, but it was also an extremely hot weekend, and we felt fine! The place is small, but worked fine for us, the shower was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Ruben was very kind and responsive. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The location was amazing, could get everywhere with public transport.

We had a lovely stay in Hervés Airbnb, it was beautiful and spacious and had the nicest view of Parisian streets. It also gets lovely sunshine! Hervé was very helpful and friendly and Laurence who welcomed us into the Airbnb was lovely! We would definitely stay again we had the best time!! Perfect Airbnb and perfect location :)

Nausicaa was super flexible for both the check in and the check out, even after I changed my arrival time! A great host and the perfect place to stay if you're in Paris and travelling solo.

Our family loved our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable with all amenities needed. You step outside to a fantastic neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, yet inside is peaceful and calm. Our family was able to walk to many of the things we wanted to do from this ideally located apartment. Laura and Veronique are great hosts with clear and timely communications and lots of recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

Everything is fine, but there are three nuances. The sofa is not long, my husband is 175 cm tall and he was already suffering and his feet were resting on the crossbar, the mattress itself sags at the feet, so I did not sleep because of the pain until I put something under the mattress. Maybe if you are alone it will be better, but for the two of us it was uncomfortable, so I would warn those who are tall that this is a problem. The second nuance is cleaning, it is, alas, superficial, I would like it to be more thorough. Also, if you are used to washing your hair with two hands, this will not be possible, for some reason the shower attachment is at waist height. Otherwise, everything was as described. You can use all household items and that's good, there's a coffee machine, toiletries. In other words, this accommodation was suitable in terms of price and location, it is an ideal place for walking around Paris and it is the most beautiful moment. But if I could know the nuances, I would think. This is not a reproach to the hostess, she is very nice and friendly, but for future tenants I think it will be useful to know.

My colleague and I felt very comfortable in this cozy, aesthetically appealing apartment. Everything was clean and welcoming. On top of that, it is in a very hip neighborhood of Paris. Highly recommend the apartment for a short city trip!

Bastien's place is exactly as described. Everything was clean and there wasn't anything I needed that is wasn't provided. Bastien was friendly and proactive. he responded quickly and was always available. The neighborhood was just what I was looking for. I loved sitting by the canal, stopping at the boulangerie and it was very close to main metro and bus lines. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Paris.

Catherine’s place was a great space to stay for winter break! The neighbourhood and building are very quiet, many groceries shops, bakeries, and restaurants in walking distance. Multiple Metro stations with in a few minutes walk. Catherine was very responsive and helped us during our stay. Catherine was waiting for us we got into town, and explained everything in the apartment in detail, and included many recommendations to restaurants and shops. With no elevator it was a bit tricky to get the large suitcase up and down, but Catherine helped with that as well. It was a great stay!

Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Really good experience. the apartment is clean, tidy and silent. Good atmosphere and feel like home. Celine has been clear and friendly since the booking and gave all the informations needed. The location is really nice, supermarkets and other shops are really close to the house. Really raccomended

Great stay in the Marais! A near perfect Airbnb stay, only downside is lack of Air conditioning which is noted on the listing. Hosts were helpful and allowed us to borrow iron and ironing board and made us feel right at home.

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

We really loved our stay here! The unit was everything the pictures and description promised it would be--beautiful floors, light-filled rooms, lots of space and everything we needed for our 10-day visit! The canal is lively whenever it's nice out, but totally quiet back in the bedroom. Tania was friendly and responsive--arrived early before we did to ensure she was there to welcome us and give us a thorough walkthrough. The neighborhood is so charming and there's lots to explore nearby and within reach of the metro. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Paris--would happily rebook in the future for return trips!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
