This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Absolute charm and calm - Canal Saint-Martin

Located at the boarder of the 10th and the 11th, my apartment is located closed to the Canal Saint -Martin, Place de la République, and Haut Marais. This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.
