place was immaculate and cozy. the perfect landing spot after a long day in the sun. I would recommend and return to this place if I am in the area again.

This place was ideal for us as we needed a place that was safe, clean, and well priced for long stay (4-5 weeks). It was small but had everything required for us to stay without bringing anything. The landlord was great for all needed arrangements.

I have stayed in airbnbs all over the world. what same offers is truly the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. a private entrance and a cozy and spacious bedroom that feels so comfortable to stay in. Sam's place is truly worth every dollar you spend. sam goes above and beyond and it truly shows. this was my 2nd time staying here and so long as I come back to visit this will be the first place I check for availability before I go anywhere else!
