Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cap d'Antibes

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Très bel appartement proposant des équipements de qualité, rien ne manque. De plus, celui-ci est très placé, tout se fait à pied. Un grand merci à Sébastien pour sa réactivité et sa flexibilité. Nous avons pu disposer de l’appartement plus tôt que l’heure d’arrivée prévue.

The apartment was beautifully presented, super clean and very well equipped. Future guests should note there are three flights of steep narrow stairs, if access is an issue although these are mentioned in the description - but just note!). The apartment is above a very busy bar which is open until 2.30am. As there were only two of us using the back bedroom, the noise wasn’t an issue, but if there are guests using the front room for sleeping, it’s worth noting. The location is amazing - just a couple of minutes walk to the Marche Provençal, to the port, to the Picasso Museum, with a huge range of cafes, bars and restaurants all around. We had a really great stay. Thank you 😍

We stayed for two weeks and absolutely loved the location — it’s right above some fantastic restaurants and in a very walkable area, perfect for exploring the city. Being so close to Old Town was a huge plus! And the train station was about a 13 min walk too. Do note that it can get noisy at night due to nearby bars, and the bells ringing can be heard if you’re sensitive to sound. That said, I slept great and personally enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Overall, a great stay in a vibrant, central spot and would stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Magical Stay in the Heart of Antibes France! From the moment we arrived, this enchanting Airbnb felt like stepping into a timeless storybook but with modern decor. Nestled in the heart of Antibes, the home is a beautiful gem filled with charm. Big shower!! Mornings were spent sipping espresso at the many cafes within walking distance, with views of cobblestone streets. In the evenings,  the hum of village life created the perfect ambiance for unwinding with a glass of wine. There’s a Restaurant on the street below the unit that has a fresh burrata and tomato  salad. A must have.

Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

This is a must stay when you're in Cannes! Located on the top floor with a beautiful balcony with views and all the amenities you could ever need. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of showers, nice open communal space, and a great kitchen! We rented a car because we drove to many towns in the Riveria and the free parking at our place was a huge bonus. You are a short walk to amazing shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk to old town. The host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had a lot of delays getting there and the host was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beptiste ist ein herausragende zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Er hat auf meine Fragen prompt und freundlich reagiert! Er war sehr flexibel beim Checkin und Checkout, was eine große Hilfe war, da unsere Reisezeiten ungünstig waren. Seine Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer! Du erreichst sofort zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte und auch in wenigen Gehminuten den Bahnhof. Mit dem Zug haben wir großartige Ausflüge an der Küste entlang gemacht und waren auch schnell beim Flughafen! Also meine volle Empfehlung hier bei Baptiste zu buchen!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

J’ai réservé pour faire un anniversaire surprise en amoureux pour mon copain. La maison est magnifique et bien entretenue, très bien équipée , la literie est parfaite, nous avons eu beau temps donc nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La vue est à couper le souffle dans toute les parties de la maison. Petit souci de portail du a la coupure de courant quelques jours avant mais Alexandra a été très réactive et a su rectifier le petit bémol. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons passer quelques jours dans cette superbe maison dès que nous en avons l’occasion

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as described. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants and there was a small grocery store right below which was nice. We were also able to check in early which was greatly appreciated!

Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle et parfait pour un moment romantique en couple. Ce logement est fait pour vous. Le matin vous vous réveillerez avec le chant des oiseaux, le soir vous admirerez le coucher du soleil avec cette vue dégagée sur Cannes et ses environs. Julien est un hôte très agréable, souriant, très réactif qui prend soin de son logement autant dans la décoration, la propreté des lieux, les équipements qu'il propose pour que vous passiez un formidable moment à deux. Nous étions heureux de retrouver ce petit trésor, tous les soirs.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim

We had a great time at Ronis apartment. It's in one of the most peaceful areas of Antibes and the apartment itself very quiet, zero noise from neighbors above or below. It was spacious and the deck was perfect at night. Roni is also a fantastic host, very friendly and very flexible for check in times.

WOW this place is just Amazing!! Beautifully modern, very clean & the views are just perfect… theres a lovely day bed & sofas on the balcony great for watching all the yachts & the ocean. Lots of bars & restaurants close by & very close to the station. Could be a little bit noisy at night as bar Crystal & Pam Pam are open late but I took ear plugs so slept lovely as the beds very comfortable Also there’s great power showers in the bathrooms & lots of towels. 5* from us! Will definitely return 🥰

Marcs lägenhet i Antibes var helt oerfaret! Nära till allt, men ändå på en lugnt gata. I lägenhet fanns allt man kunde behöva! Marc var en jätte trevlig, och hjälpsam värd! Rekommenderar absolut att bo här!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!
