Beach apartment holiday rentals in Cape Canaveral

We had a great stay at this convenient location! Tony was very helpful and responsive. The place is clean and well-equipped, location is great and quiet, and the pool and beach were great- would recommend!

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. Great host and she provided immediate response to any questions we had. Thank you.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. Great place to stay for beautiful views and relaxation. Walkable distance to great food and short walk to peaceful beach!! Loved our stay and this place had all that you need! Really clean and well kept!

We absolutely loved our stay at Theresa’s place! Everything was great, she is very responsive and polite! The location is perfect, very close to everything but feels very secluded and not overly crowded. Would definitely recommend!

This was just the right place for our quite 3-nights stay. The apartment’s location, right on the beach offered beautiful views, accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I fully recommend Mark’s place.

Pictures don’t do it justice! Place is larger and with 6 kiddos in tow (8 people) it was a resort with everything and a fun and safe resort. The staff were wonderful- everyone chats with you and the kids!- even the Tram driver. Of which the driver (Will) saw a cell phone on the bench before he pulled away and saved me from that loss! And mostly-this place was the best view-Oceanside. The best was they also fed us the events happening during our stay. Of which the rocket launch was phenomenal! Both owners and resort staff text to check in and see how stay is and if needed anything. Responses were almost immediate. We will be back, this was perfect! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two boys ages three and one and we all had a fantastic time. The beach access was so easy, the resort was wonderful, and there were so many things to do for the kids. We did breakfast and lunch in the room and ate out every night. There were lots of good options for eating out and good food and drinks. The location was fantastic and we all had a great time. We did have to bring our own pack and play, high chair, and beach toys which was fine and we knew that in advance. Can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed in Cocoa Beach hotels before, but since we had an extra person we decided on a two bedroom condo. This one worked great for us. The complex itself was beachfront, so we were just a few minute walk. We traveled to Orlando one day and it is such an easy drive. I had a question for the owner and it was answered very fast! It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Malcolm & Eva’s place! The location was perfect, the condo was so clean & comfortable. My children loved the pool & swam in it everyday we were there. We will definitely try to stay here again, as we visit Cocoa Beach every year!

Very enjoyable stay on Florida's Space Coast. The location was great -- Rocket launch, Cruise Ships, Beach and who knew Port Canaveral was such a cool vibe? This stay is a no-brainer.

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We just finished our second stay and I'll never stay anywhere else while visiting Florida. It's amazing to be right on the beach with private access - you pretty much have the beach to yourself. The pool is great for when you want a break from the ocean and sand. You are a short drive from cocoa beach area to enjoy all of the shopping and restaurants, but outside of the hustle and bustle and crowds. The most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have ever had!!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.
