Amazing location for our family if 6 to enjoy the beautiful beach!!! Can’t wait to stay here again

Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

We love Bikini Bottom! This is our third time staying at this property. We absolutely love the location, comfort and cleanliness of the property while soaking in every bit of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

5-Star Review for an Amazing Beach Getaway This home was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the fully equipped kitchen and fantastic grill (a dream for us foodies!) to the beach accessories and pool toys that made our stay extra fun. The garden and pool area were beautiful and peaceful, and the patio had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell there was intentional thought put into every part of the experience. Mindy, the host, was incredibly responsive and informative throughout the process, making everything seamless. We can’t recommend this place enough—truly a five-star stay!

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

This property was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were spaced well, allowing the children to sleep in the room with two beds with mom and dad having the room (king bed) next door with a large bathroom for them to share. Grandpa and I had another bedroom with our own bathroom (close enough to the pool area for others to share when using the other door to enter). The fourth bedroom (king bed, with en suite bathroom) was tucked in the back of the house to allow more privacy. The washer/dryer was nice to have also. Location to the beach was great. We loaded up the wagons with beach chairs, umbrella, & sand toys (all provided) then walked down to the beach (1 block away). When we came back, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower before swimming for hours in the pool. It was screened in so we didn't have to worry about bugs at night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. and we even used the outdoor flat stone grill to eat our meals in. Best vacation ever!

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

Had a great time! Kitchen had plenty of cook ware and a nice little yoga set up in the laundry room. Kind neighbors and beautiful decorations.

Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

We stayed at Candy’s property prior to a cruise. The location is perfect as it is close to the cruise port and Cocoa Beach. There are supermarkets and many restaurants within a couple of miles. The beach is a short walk away. The property had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Candy was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great place and hostess. Victoria is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location of this rental is great, within walking distance to the beach, and within 10 mins from just about anything Cocoa Beach related. Location is also very well kept and clean.

Wow wow Those are my words that place was amazing. It was quiet. It was clean. It was spacious. Definitely be going back again with the family. I recommend it to anyone that look at this place is an amazing place to be with the family. Thank you so much for everything.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs so I am picky, but this home exceeded my expectations. From the perfect location (quiet, safe and oh so close to the beach) to the beautiful, cozy and clean house, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The house is so much larger than it looks in the photos and is stocked with everything you need to relax, cook, and enjoy the area. Honestly, the home had everything (pool table, games and books, beautiful back patio/yard) that I could have stayed there the entire week and not ventured out. But visiting local attractions was so easy due to the location. We even walked down to the beach to watch a rocket launch one night (amazing!). The garage had a ton of beach gear, including bicycles. We unfortunately didn't use any of it, but Cheryl has really thought of everything in this home. Clean, quiet, beautiful, a dream house. And at a price that is reasonable. Just book it you won't regret it! Thank you for a wonderful week.

We come down yearly and will gladly book here again next time we are in the area. This place was behind perfect. The kitchen is complete and had a nice coffee set up. There are board games (Yahtzee, coco beach Monopoly, etc). The sofa/ TV set up was cozy for movie nights. Having 1.5 bathrooms was very nice. The bunk room was spacious and the main bedroom had a nicely finished upper deck to watch the sunrise/set from. The beach is like 4 mins from the front door. The laundry and all the beach equipment really were nice to have and we used often. And I have to mention that Elise the host was extremely helpful and responsive, helping us feel right at home and welcome. 10/10 would recommend and come back! Thank you!!!

Such a cute little place and perfect for what we needed it for. Super clean, just would suggest fixing the drainage in the sinks and tubs since they don’t drain the best but other than that, such a fun place and will definitely be back if in the area!
