Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capo d'Arco

Chiara's house is in a great location, to say the least. Private parking, ample private outdoor space, equipped kitchen and even a small outdoor barbecue. 2 minutes' walk to Padulella beach and 2 minutes' walk to Capo Bianco beach (which in season is impossible to park). In addition, Chiara was also very kind after check-out. I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything and very convenient for getting around between the sea, the thermal baths and the sites of historical and artistic interest. Parking in the street or in a designated area without any particular problems and nearby. All amenities are very close for any need, including a supermarket. I felt at home, nothing was missing, and the host Anna was really quick and helpful and gave us very useful advice. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but I hope to return if I can.

Apartment 100% as described. We were pleasantly surprised: the apartment is definitely spacious, fresh and equipped with every comfort. The furniture is very modern. Impeccably clean. The location is strategic: in less than a minute on foot you can find yourself in the main street of the center of Castiglione with numerous shops and restaurants (a tip: always book for time because you risk staying without dinner! We were in Castiglione in the week of August and without booking it was difficult to find a place even late in the evening). In a few minutes by foot you can find yourself on the waterfront where there are many beach establishments but also numerous free beaches. Right outside the apartment, the supermarket is very comfortable! Niccolò and Daniela were always kind and super helpful: we especially thank Daniela for all the tips she gave us!!!! Not recommended!

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily walk to the beach promenade. On Sundays, there were also stalls set up there. All in all, a very nice vacation. Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

Mara and Massimiliano are hosts as you could wish for. Very friendly, flexible, always ready for questions, give very good advice for exploring the area and good locations. We felt like at home (actually even better😃). The house is very cute and perfectly located. Walking to the city - no problem, bars and restaurants around the corner, beach right outside the front door and also a wonderful terrace with direct views of the sea. What more could you want?! It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. Anna was also very responsive on site. Thank you very much! We will keep fond memories of this typical Tuscany place 🌞🇮🇹❤

The stay on La Concordia was beautiful and we would definitely book the place again! The house is super nice, clean, well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has only topped the large pool and the stunning views! ;-) Senta is a super nice host and took great care of us, the check-in and communication during the stay were straightforward and hospitable! Thanks again to you at this point:) I can fully recommend the accommodation to all people who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, but do not want to do without cooling in the pool and comfort.

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Located in a strategic area, in the countryside with a beautiful view but only 10 minutes from Follonica. The apartment is very nice and Sandra is very helpful and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back.

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

It was a business trip, but everything was perfect and made the stay easy as if we were at home. Congratulations on the hospitality, highly recommended!

The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

Maria's apartment is simply gorgeous! We had a great time, it is cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need, the two bathrooms are spacious and really very nice, as well as the very functional, impeccable kitchen! The living room is also nice and bright, overlooking the large terrace that has an outdoor hot shower, fantastic!! The rooms are large, the beds are really comfortable, in every room and in the living room there is a smart TV, the WiFi network is great, the air conditioner works perfectly, the house is quiet, peace reigns reign... what more, we could never have asked for better! We were also pleasantly impressed by the beauty of the area, we were never in Bagnaia and it is a real gem of Elba, you can quickly reach all the most beautiful beaches on the island and there are many amenities nearby. It was a memorable vacation, also thanks to Maria's kindness and availability, who was always very ready for our every need. Thank you very much, we can't wait to come back !! Francesca and Daniele

We were a family with 5 children. Apartment was great for us, as described and well equipped, for the price it was great. Host was very nice. Thank you. House was very quiet. Piombino is a beautiful city, very good pizza and really delicious ice cream.
