Elle dispose d’un jacuzzi 8 places, accessible toute l’année (365j/365j), idéal pour se détendre tout en contemplant l’horizon.

Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. Morlaix city center is 6 km away. The house is a few meters from the sea and hiking (GR34) and mountain biking trails. Golf, thalassotherapy, nautical center, restaurants nearby. The house is quiet with a sunny terrace.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

⚠️Please read the entire listing before booking. 65 m² apartment, located in Santec, 1 km from the beaches, 500 m from the nearest shops. Fully equipped, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, has a garden of 80 m², your faithful companions are welcome too. A space with hammock and jacuzzi (optional) is available outside the accommodation (see photo, white shed) to relax as much as possible during your stay.

Independent room 2 steps from the sea

We have set up this room in a part of our house. You have private access allowing you to come and go as you please. You have a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the garden. But also a relaxation area with a coffee table and armchairs, and a table and two chairs for breakfast. We offer breakfast as an extra if you wish. You don't have a kitchen in the room.

With its exceptional sea view of the Primel point and the small fishing port of Diben, our traditional Breton stone house and bay windows will allow you to enjoy the landscape from anywhere in the house. Access to the small beach at the foot of the house, the rocks at the bottom of the garden: you can't hope for a better location.
