The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

There are several car parks all around. Bars, restaurants and other shops are within walking distance. It is very pleasant to stay in... Wifi & Orange TV. A cleaning fee can be negotiated. The D'Kannerezh Aiguillon laundromat is a few meters away.
