Those who love the tranquility and the ideal starting point for visits in the area plus a lovingly furnished home will be right with Federico. Both cafes in the village are beautiful places to stop in the evening, enjoy the view from the mountain to the fantastic countryside. Seggiano is located on a stop, the house in the middle of the village. We made many fantastic excursions and were always happy to return to Seggiano in the evening and experience this special place. Fabrizio's house is literally the highlight of my road trip in Tuscany 😍 Not only are Fabrizio and his wife charming, but the house is a gem of practicality. Everything is so well thought out that you just have to open your eyes to find everything you need to cook, wash, take a good bath or shower, relax in the chair, on the outdoor table or on the bench that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, not to mention the sublime sunsets. 🤩 I recommend without a doubt this beautiful country house where everything is nearby (department stores, gas pumps, places to walk, swim, tourist sites...). In short, it is a very good anchor point if you want to visit Mount Amiata, the Val d'Orcia, the Petriolo baths, Vignoni or the marina di Grosseto). 💯💫

The location was amazing; quiet, magical and super beautiful! Luca is a very good hostess. The only downside was that we could not yet use the sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. But otherwise really great!

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.
