Holiday rentals with a patio in Cassino

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those who travel by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than halfanhour. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has all the necessary services, if visited in a cold season, I only recommend bringing a few extra blankets. The hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, even though we did not meet them, we were able to communicate through messages on the app. Recommended especially for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. I really appreciated the tranquility of the place and the relaxing atmosphere that you can feel as soon as you enter. It's the perfect place to get away from the daily routine. Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

Mrs. Amalia sent me the exact location, explaining that the road system of the town had changed. When we arrived, the lady and her husband provided us with detailed directions on where to buy fish, groceries, what to visit in the area, which beaches to visit. They made sure we were comfortable, allowing us to use a covered parking space and leaving their car uncovered. Even the various differentiated waste, they offered to deposit it themselves on the collection days. Given their availability and courtesy, I personally took care of two small faults that occurred without asking for anything, but they wanted to compensate us with local products purchased specifically. We were very impressed by the hospitality, the cool location despite the heat, the details of the apartment that, if possible next year, we will try to return.

We had a very peaceful month at Luca's. The views are amazing, the kids loved the pool, the place is very spacious. We recommend

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Giorgia’s place is pretty, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The terrace and the garden are lovely and the view to the sea too. The location is great, very close to Gaeta and not far from Sperlonga. There are plenty of nice beaches and hikes to explore. Giorgia was always very supportive and gave us nice suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. The only downside its the main road which is nearby and we can hear the cars from the garden/terrace. We loved our stay and we highly recommend it.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So, safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe area. We especially liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold for showering with a baby after the beach. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is already a bit noisy). Always happy to stay again :)

Giuseppe and his family offered us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home from the very start. Beautiful house and outdoor space, equipped with many games for our little one. Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). A 10-star stay with honors.

We thought it was a very nice house. It is furnished with a lot of love and attention and has all the comforts. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very nice. Outside on the terrace and by the pool you could sit, with beautiful views of the hills. The outdoor shower and pool were also very nice. Raffaele, Floriana and Alessandro were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it.

An unforgettable stay. The apartment is attention to detail, a special attention to guests. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable, everything is perfect. The owner is a lovely and available person. The parking space is reserved and thanks to the directions provided it is easily accessible from the street. Unexpectedly we found what is most necessary for a hearty breakfast even if only for one night. An immersive experience in nature and greenery. The perfect stay for those looking for tranquility and at the same time want to visit the places and cultural heritage of the area. Our rating is 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

Loredana and her family graciously accepted our very last-minute request, truly saving our vacation – a thousand thanks again for that! We had a wonderful time at Casa da Nonna Maria. The accommodation is very new and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotless, and both the kitchen and bathroom were really nice. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beaches, bays, and charming towns. Loredana took excellent care of us with such warmth and kindness. She was always available, and every recommendation she gave us turned out to be fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

Our stay at Leterra Luxury Apartment was absolutely beautiful! The apartment is exactly like the pictures – stylish, clean and very well equipped. What impressed us most was the spacious terrace with a gorgeous view to the sea – the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The location is ideal: close to the beach, but secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. The host was very kind and communicative, and everything went flawlessly from check-in to departure. We had a great time and will be back with love. I highly recommend!

We spent a day in the structure of Domenico and we had a really good time, an ideal place if you want to escape the chaos of the city and relax in a comfortable hot tub... friendly and very kind owner, who recommended many places to eat and showed us the structure in the best way, treating us with a unique kindness. I was so happy with this apartment. It is so safe and secure which I loved because I was alone. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that comes to Frosinone. There are amenities down the street and restaurants, but I loved having a car and driving around. Alessia and her husband are very helpful and always available. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I am so happy I found this place 💗🇨🇦

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Caserta. The value for money is truly incredible. It was very spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts you could need. It’s centrally located, yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Highly recommended :)

Good place for a larger group in a good location. Restaurants and beach nearby. You can also walk to the old town of Gaeta.

Beautiful and well furnished accommodation, the only flaw was that the Wi-Fi was a bit bad, but otherwise highly recommended
