Shannon was an amazing host, the house was clean and had a cute charm to it. It’s walkable distance to downtown Sandusky and the ferry. I’d recommend this place!

Andrew is very kind and easy to communicate with. His property is very nice and there's plenty of spots to choose to set up. We did encounter some issues but all were beyond his control. We apparantly picked the wrong day to be there cuz for one the toilet was broke and we had to use a porta potty. But it was only one night. Also, the train traffic seemed steady the entire night. It made it very difficult to sleep. But he said that's not always the case, again, we just picked a bad night. I also had a difficult time with the cow smell. So if you can't handle farm smells, beware. Again not Andrew's fault, I knew I was staying on a farm but thought I could handle it. That's on me. All that being said, I'd still stay again, I'd just move my tent a little further from the barn lol

very quiet neighborhood, clean spacious house. Parking was big enough for a truck and trailer. The garage was a bonus to keep motorcycle overnight. Great little place

We were greeted by the house when we arrived. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Made for a perfect one night getaway to attend a wedding on the island. We had privacy but was close enough to everything to still not feel like we were too far out of the way. They responded in a timely manner. They offered recommendations and friendly conversation. It is a place. We would definitely stay at again.
