Nice place with a front yard, great location. A grocery store right behind the house, a beautiful park as well. A slightly busy street, but very clean, the doors and windows are super tight, there was no problem with the noise. There is not so much natural light in the apartment, but it has nicely solved intimate lighting. Very nice and tastefully designed apartment. We stayed here for a month and we enjoyed our stay. By hiding the apartment on the ground floor, you need to be careful with increased wolfness, but there is a dehumidifier and the bathroom is ventilated. The kitchen is well-equipped, unfortunately there is no dishwasher and pan, but otherwise everything you need to use. Spacious fridge, large dining table. Internet was fast. Smart TV with beautiful painting. Valerie is a great person, friendly, accommodating, and very kind. We were well and she showed us to Bologna as well. She helped us with everything, she responded nicely to everything. I can only recommend, the best host I've ever experienced on AirBnb so far. Faenza is a really nice and especially quiet place, beautiful green streets, very clean city.
