Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cattolica

We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Giovanna's house is very suitable if you want to discover the area of Rimini - but not live directly on the beach. You can quickly reach the highway, but you still live in a relatively quiet place. There is a nice village center with cafe and ice cream parlor - and in the neighboring town of Cattolica about 5 minutes away, great supermarkets. The house has obviously been completely renovated only recently - and therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is available - so you don't have to bring the entire household with you. The contact with Giovanna was direct, friendly and smooth, you get clear and descriptive instructions in advance, everything is as described. After a few days, we left with the feeling that we had made the right decision. If the opportunity arises we will be very happy to come again.

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Very pleasant vacation in Gabicce Monte in a very quiet and restful area. The accommodation is essential, not new, overall tidy and well maintained, for our needs it was comfortable and practical. The pool borders a pleasant alternative to the sea. Titti is a responsive host, capable and fully able to respect the privacy of its customers. I recommend this place to those who love to move between beautiful Romagna and the enchanting hinterland of the Marche.

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

We stayed at Dario's place during the Emilia-Romagna round of the WSBK. Perfect stay! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and the host Dario was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! The accommodation is modern and located in a side street, but you can hear the noise of the main street, which is well-traveled. We left our car all week and did everything on foot. As is well known, many roads lead to Rome and so do many to the beach. The path to the right of the apartment is the longer one, but it is definitely longer. Left of the apartment is shorter, but not very nice. It is 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the beach, which was optimal for us. There is free parking at the apartment, but I can't say what it's like in the high season, as all the parking spaces were always occupied in the evening. What we missed were mosquito nets on the windows, at least in the bedrooms, it would be an advantage. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. We are happy to recommend the place.

Impeccable house, very close to the sea and super helpful and kind host!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for the holiday. Furthermore, it is located directly on the beach, there are good restaurants nearby and the owner has negotiated discounts for visitors with some of them. The communication was very quick. All in all, a nice apartment and a very nice vacation.

Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

The apartment is nice and big. We were also able to make good use of the balcony after we received a table for it within a few minutes of our request. With its own beach section, it's really great to swim on site. We were totally happy.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

We stayed for two nights and overall we had a very good time. The place was clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need, even with small extra comforts that are nice. The area is not really the most refined, let's say a little "spartan", but it is very close to the sea and convenient to get around. The environment was pleasant and the host was attentive and well organized.

At a time when I really needed it, I found Roberto's apartment, and it was wonderful for the days when I needed to rest. Roberto is also a wonderful, kind person, he helped me in many ways and I am very grateful. The apartment is impeccable and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, extremely clean, comfortable, bright, with a wonderful energy. I've been traveling for two years and I've stayed in countless Airbnbs around the world and this was definitely the best I've ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is very modern, everything is available and very clean. Surroundings is quiet and pleasant. We were allowed to use the bicycles, so both the city center and the beach were quickly accessible. We can fully recommend the apartment.
