La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Appartamento molto luminoso e accogliente, completamente rinnovato con ampio terrazzo di 12 metri di lunghezza, una bella cucina, una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta. L'appartamento al primo piano ha un accesso molto semplice. Dista soli 250 metri dal mare e a soli 20 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus per Venezia che si raggiunge in 50 minuti di auto circa, oppure 1 ora di bus dall'autostazione di Jesolo. The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

La zona è centralissima, comoda ai servizi (supermercato, farmacie, fermata vaporetto, negozi). Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato nel 2021 facile da raggiungere e in posizione ottima per chi desidera visitare la Biennale. Presenta un ingresso indipendente, cucina accessoriata, bagno con doccia, camera da letto e ampio soggiorno con divano-letto. È  situato a pochi passi da una zona commerciale tipicamente veneziana, troverai negozi di vario genere frequentati soprattutto dalla gente del luogo.
