The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

I was very pleasantly surprised and felt at home from the 1 minute. Order and cleanliness 5 stars. Daniele's parents, who are very friendly and helpful, live on the 1st floor of the same house. With a clear conscience, I can only recommend it.

Super location and responsiveness from the host. The unit was very close to the Gallo Loredan bus stop to access Lido and the Vaporetto port on Lido to travel to Venice easily. The beach is only a short walk away. There is great AC located in each of the bedrooms.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Massimos place. It was perfect for our situation (2 kids, 3 years old and 4 months old) - very close to the beach, restaurants & supermarket close by. The terrace is super nice and useful to have a shower outside when coming from the beach. Everything as described and shown in the pictures. Massimo is fast with responding and answering all our questions. Highly recommended!

We were more than satisfied with the stay in Carlos' accommodation. The reception was very friendly, Carlo responded quickly and helped with questions. The location is very good, it is very quiet, the sea is 2 min walk away. The beach was also very nice. The accommodation is very clean and equipped with everything you need. This place is also a good starting point for many excursions, such as Venice or Caribe Bay. We found the stay very relaxing and enjoyed the time very much. We would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at this airbnb on our honeymoon! It was close enough to the train station and all the major sites, but quiet, peaceful and serene. We absolutely loved our little balcony and the massive windows overlooking the canal. All of the amenities were top notch, including lights, sound system, and heating/air control by an ipad. The two showers were like stepping into a spa shower. The kitchen amenities were modern and beautiful and we enjoyed our complimentary prosecco so much! Would absolutely stay here again. The hosts also helped to arrange water transport to the train station so we didn't have to pull our luggage up and down all the bridges. They also gave some great recommendations for food that we took advantage of during our visit.

We had a fabulous few days in Treviso and Alberta's apartment was perfect for being so close to everything and we loved every aspect about it. The air conditioning made such a difference for sleeping. The restaurants we went to were all in Alberta's recommendations and they were all superb. Many thanks

Top location, very nice complex and apartment! Great hosts! Wi-Fi in the apartment is quite slow. Unfortunately, there is very little storage space in the bathroom.

Natalie was a friendly host and always responded quickly to questions. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished, all appliances worked. We were there with two small children and two adults, and the space was sufficient. If you pull out the bed for two people in the smaller room, you can no longer close the door. There is an outdoor area and garden in front of and behind the apartment, so you can sit outside. There is also a shaded parking space for the car, which is located behind a locked gate. The pool was very nice and there is also a smaller pool for children. You can get to the beach very quickly. Unfortunately, there is only a small section there that is not reserved for campsites. If you want more space, you have to walk a little further along the beach. We had a nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

We stayed in an apartment of Alex's for five nights in June - for the second time - and were again completely thrilled. The communication with Alex was super friendly, fast and uncomplicated, the self check-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean, decorated in a modern way, and very welcoming. The sea view was simply fantastic - like in the movies! The location is ideal: just a few steps to the beach and the old town with many restaurants and small shops. Our son (8 years old), my partner and I enjoyed the time very much - during the day on the beach, in the evening at dinner in Caorle. Everything you need for everyday life was there. A big thank you to Alex for the great support! We can absolutely recommend his apartments and are already looking forward to our stay next year. 😍🌞🌊

We really enjoyed Venice and the starting was a great place to stay. It was central to everything and was a great space to stay. Niko and Barnaba were great to deal with they gave great instructions and were very helpful on getting around and recommendations on what to do and see. Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
