Waterfront holiday rentals in Cawsand

We booked a fairly last minute week for a family trip and we’re so glad we did!! The apartment was brilliantly situated and absolutely perfect for a family trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and everything was pristine clean. The hosts were so responsive and easy to contact and helped us with a few questions we had. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to book again soon.

Our host Zaneta was very helpful and provided us with easy to follow clear instructions. This apartment is a fabulous place to stay in Plymouth. It’s a stylish flat with amazing views of the waterfront and surrounded by great places to eat. the ferry runs to the Barbican from just outside.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

Everything Cherilyn described her place to be was just right! Worked so well for us as attending a wedding at Polhawn Fort and only 10 mins drive away! Cherilyn recommended to us to book taxis way before our stay as it was half term which turned out to be absolutely the right thing to do! Would go back if ever in that area! 👍

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. This is a great flat, we've now stayed twice, the location is excellent, walk out and be on the beach in under a minute, lovely views as well, especially from the living room. Very well equipped in terms of kitchen, good WiFi, nice big TV into which we plugged the laptop but you could equally sign in to any of the streaming services. Andy and Tara will help with anything you want, as will the staff in the cafe downstairs who are all very friendly. Obviously recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay!!! The house is beautiful with great amenities. There was a lovely welcome gift from our host, who was always super responsive. The setting is amazing- so peaceful and the children loved seeing all of the farm animals, especially the wild ponies in the evening right outside the gate. (The adults loved this too!). We really enjoyed walking and driving across the moor. Our favorite part was sitting in and walking (yes, it’s that big!) around the outstanding garden. It is absolutely stunning! There’s plenty of outside seating, sofas, and a large dining table to accommodate everyone. We had a beautiful dinner outside one evening. I highly recommend this wonderful home. Fabulous stay! We can’t wait to return.

Looe is wonderful as was Jay & Martin’s amazing apartment . It had the most spectacular views , so much to see just sitting out on the balcony . Cannot fault the apartment in any way . Spotlessly clean and beautifully put together , everything you needed was at hand . We would definitely hope to return . Thank you both .

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

We adored the house and couldn’t have asked for a better place for us a long weekend. The view is incredible and Annie and Josh were very responsive, ensuring we were always comfortable

We were lucky to be able to book a short stay for 4 nights at short notice. Petra's home is normally booked up. We were blessed with wonderful weather. The house is situated in a narrow lane, perched on top of a hill. We looked up the YouTube video that Petra sent us before we arrived and this helped us to find the house without issue. The house is stunning and it is spotless. The views are sublime and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace for breakfast and evening meals. We normally eat out but found ourselves gravitating back to the house for evening meals as the views didn't compare elsewhere and the accommodation was so comfortable. We didn't use the TV etc but the house looked well equipped with games, dvds etc. The welcome hamper was lovely and Petra bought us more eggs from her pampered chickens. There is a gate opposite the property with steps down to the road below and then a short walk to the beach, a pub and a cafe. This was an excellent property with excellent hosts.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Slipway. Great location for walking into town and the property is very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view of the river from the property and communication with Neil very easy.

We had a gorgeous week away here at Yardley house! Our dogs loved playing in the garden and at the beach which was a 2 min walk from the house! Mark was very helpful and shown us where everything was which was great. I cannot fault this location or the impeccable views!

We had a very comfortable stay. The flat was light and airy, with lovely decor (loved the prints of local scenes). It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Tea bags, coffee, milk and a few extra goodies were provided. Anything else you can top up from the Lidl, conveniently located just around the corner. The flat was well situated for the waterfront and the train station and very close to Royal William Yard, Devil's Point and the Cremyll ferry over to Edgecombe Manor (all well worth a visit). ~The flat is next to a busy roundabout, but we didn't notice much noise, even with the windows open.

We absolutely loved this apartment! I’d previously stayed in the hotels in Plymouth whilst visiting family and thought we would try an Air B&B and I’m so glad we found this place. The location is excellent - down a quiet street, right next to Hoe Park and 10 a min walk to the Barbican. There’s a well-stocked Tesco on the corner too. Parking was a breeze with lots of spaces on the main street. The apartment itself is just so lovely and homely with bags of character. It’s a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and there were so many thoughtful little extras, including a beautiful welcome hamper and lovely toiletries. All the necessary appliances and kitchen bits were there, and thankfully easy to use! It was spotlessly clean and had plentiful towels, and also big fluffy pillows on the very comfortable beds. Our hosts were fabulous and checked in by text regularly to check we had everything we needed. Would give 6 stars if I could! :)

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

A fabulous location overlooking the river/harbour. Gemma's is a really nice 2nd floor apartment on level ground at the start of the main street and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you're OK with the stairs I thoroughly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Turnchapel, the condo is easy to find with ample parking. Great location for getting to the city via water taxi.. stunning views and very peaceful.. Sunset to die for and everything you need in the condo !

Simply wow! Stunning historic building. Fantastic location - beaches, great restaurants, craft market - all on your doorstep, yet still peaceful and quiet. Accommodation has everything you need. Rebecca has gone the extra mile with small touches (water, milk, chocolates on arrival), that make you feel really welcome. Rebecca was proactive in contacting me, was always responsive & just really approachable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property, absolutely loved the place. Such a convenient location for everything, local pubs, restaurants and shops are fab. Stayed for work this time but will definitely be back!
