Nice apartment in Cerreto di Spoleto (PG) with a wonderful view of the Valnerina, a few steps from the Monti Sibillini park. The house is located adjacent to the main square of the village with easy parking and is in a central position that allows easy access to the main Umbrian towns. The apartment is on 2 levels and consists of: Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
“Annamaria was very kind and helpful! Ready to meet our every need, it has allowed us to better organize the day by contacting us for arrival times. The house is very cozy, clean and equipped with every comfort ... and if you look out of every window you will find a panoramic view that will make even the gray winter days special! Cerreto di Spoleto is a magnificent little town and the people who live there make you feel at home right away. We were passing through, but I can assure you that it was nice just to walk those streets that go through these little authentic realities. Special thanks to Annamaria's brother-in-law! Highly recommended :)”
Characteristic stone villa with fairy roof garden with a wide view of the Sibillini Mountains. On the ground floor a cozy living room with fireplace and overlooking the garden. Upstairs 2 Double Bedrooms and a bathroom. The property includes a characteristic garden where you can spend pleasant summer evenings.
“This place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I. There is a lovely little garden where you can sit to watch the sun rise and set or eat your meals and just relax. The view from the garden was lovely and it’s shaded by a cherry tree. This was hands down the best part about the place and I loved it so much for that. The location is great if you’re looking for solitude. Norcia is just 15 minutes away and there are some good places to eat. My favorite part about the location was the quick access to Castalluccio which was absolutely beautiful. Just to note this is not a place to stay if you’re interested in night life! But honestly a bottle of wine and the sunset was all you needed. I have to mention the cleanliness only because to some people it could be an issue. The house is old and it has a garden outside. There are also not screens on the windows— as you’d imagine there were some bugs inside. This was not a bother to us at all but it’s something to note. The facilities were clean, again it’s just an older home with older furniture. That said we had EVERYTHING we could have ever needed. This was clearly someone’s home and there is plenty to cook and set the table with. This made cooking for ourselves a super pleasant experience. Overall this place was great and it was so easy to contact Emma and she was so willing to help us out!”
“The house in which we stayed in 5 for 5 nights was perfect in every respect. Starting from the impeccable cleanliness, passing through the splendid panorama and arriving at the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, very kind and precise. The small Borgo is very quiet and the house in a very convenient location to visit all the most important points of Umbria with tranquility. Just don't be discouraged by the last km of road that leads to the house, a bit shabby but being renovated. The only flaw, if we want to find one, is the lack of wi-fi in the house, useful since the mobile phone takes almost no place in the village. Except for this tiny flaw, it was an incredible stay and an unforgettable experience.”
