Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cervia

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

We stayed with a family of friends in this beautiful country house, after a wedding in the area. Ander was very kind and very attentive to making our short stay comfortable and peaceful.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

The jewel of this apartment is the high terrace overlooking the sea,where we had wonderful moments from dawn to dusk to night. We were completely surprised by the location of this beautiful house with a beautiful garden. Good location for visiting Ravenna and on the Po delta. Enjoyed the flamingos. Very warm welcome by the host Roberta. Tiped us for the tastiest pizza we've ever eaten.

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

Beautiful accommodation, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - as well as a really good pizza snack.

A small and compact downstairs apartment having everything we needed for our overnight stay. we were given a voucher for breakfast at the nearby café, which was nice.

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful village. Excellent apartment! Nothing is missing, it is arranged so that it is practical. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the refrigerator :-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What a delicate touch after all the hours of driving (we come from Brittany in France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and brochures that are available in the accommodation. And then, we had some nice encounters in the village too. I would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas's team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

You really have to say that the accommodation is very successful and has been furnished with a lot of taste. The house is very high quality and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. It's really fun to cook here and you'll appreciate the benefits of a professional kitchen. You can't wait to see how the space develops in the future because it can already be seen that there will be an outdoor kitchen at some point. Andrea was very committed and was also personally on site at the handover. The information about the process and also the food options were very good and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca' di Veroli, it is worthwhile to eat there. Very pleasant house in a beautiful area. In case of problems, Mara has always tried to find a solution very quickly. Delightfully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and ideally located to discover Le Marche.

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun.
