Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cesson-Sévigné

We stayed in this apartment for a week and were very comfortable. Monique was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the location next to a park was lovely. We highly recommend this home.

We were 5 girlfriends and we loved our stay at Jean Philippe's. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the "Andy le Mabiley" restaurant (excellent address🤤 🎵), 3 minutes from the metro, very comfortable to be able to walk easily without taking the car. A little extra: the parking space in the private parking. As for the accommodation, it was clean, tidy and welcoming. The terrace is an asset to this accommodation that allows you to enjoy the sun on the heights of Rennes. Finally, I will say that the exchanges with the concierge are very fluid and met our expectations. We highly recommend this apartment and will keep the address for maybe a future stay 😋

Very good address, I know Rennes, it's a stone's throw from Place des Lices, right in the center. Easy to park in the Les Lices car park. The setting is pleasant, the apartment is great.

This was our favorite airbnb of the trip. It is in an incredible location. Jean Yves provided his card for free parking which was so helpful. It was even better than the pictures, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We stayed at the accommodation for two days to explore St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan and Dol from here. Everything was super clean and Claudine was very nice. She even provided us with a few products for our breakfast. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! We'll keep this address for next time. 😉 Thanks again for everything, Jacqueline, it was great!!!! 🤗

It was really cool. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the quality of the bed who was quite hard to sleep on. Otherwise, everything was nice 👍

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet, we stayed there for a family weekend and it matched the description well. Maëlys was very responsive to messages, and the exchanges were pleasant and caring.

Dinan is a beautiful place to stay there for a few days. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can walk to the historic old town in 3 minutes, where there are great shops and restaurants. The apartment is cleaned and very well equipped! However, it should perhaps be mentioned that this is obviously not a pure apartment, as there are also private belongings in the cabinets (including wardrobe,bathroom). That wasn't an issue for us, though. Absolute plus: a parking space in the underground parking space! The contact with Régis was very kind and uncomplicated. We can definitely recommend the apartment! 😊👍

We had a good stay at Daouia's, who is very kind. The apartment is easy to access and the instructions given by Daouia before arrival were very clear. Upon arrival we had a small welcome basket and water was made available. The accommodation is very well equipped. Thank you Daouia for this stay.

Very good stay with Philippe. The apartment smelled very good, that's really what marked me when opening the door. Philippe encountered a small problem before my arrival, but he did what was necessary to resolve it quickly, without this affecting my stay or have to take care of it. Thanks to him!
