Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Get away from the city life in this two bedroom, one bath home, perfect for a weekend or week long getaway! Close to Heron & El Vado Lakes and Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. 40 miles to Pagosa Springs. Perfect for hunters too! Enjoy beautiful views & peace and quiet. We also provide a gas grill & grill tools for your use by the shed. Please note there is one step from the kitchen into the dining room & two steps into the second bedroom. Enjoy the cozy woodstove in the fall and winter.

Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
