I can strongly recommend this AirBnB! Not only is Fanny a lovely hostess but the apartment is stunning (especially the small tucked in yard)! The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a small grocery store and a bakery close to the apartment. The metro station isn’t too far away either but we can strongly recommend taking the bus to the station (as suggested by Fanny) especially during warmer periods or at night. Communication and the check-in and checkout went very smooth too. Overall we had a great time there and didn’t feel like anything was missing during our stay! Only our warmest regards to Fanny!

Clara is a caring host and always available! The apartment is bright, clean, quiet, very pleasant to live in and in a lively neighborhood where there are all the amenities. Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

Really nice place. Love the moving bed, found it to be ingenious. If I could add some advice I’d say it needs an oven. Other than that perfect location, very easy to get to and super nice and responsive host !

The apartment provided a real Parisian experience. It was so full of character and lovely to be amongst everyday life in Paris. An 8 minute walk to Notre Dame and the train station. Recommended taxi service was reliable and friendly. Plenty of great places to eat. We tried snails and onion soup. We bought fruit and gifts from the local market a few minutes away. Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. I would like to thank Margo and Mathieu very much for this wonderful apartment. We stayed there for a month without any problems. They always responded quickly to our messages and even left products for breakfast. The place is quiet, with shopping centers, a library, a swimming pool, and many other amenities nearby. I greatly appreciate your kindness and highly recommend this house.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
