Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

We went to Charleston for a much needed long weekend! We had looked at hotels and resorts but wanted a place where we weren’t stuck in a hotel room. This place had all of the amenities of a nice hotel but a lot of room and privacy! House was clean and well designed, pool was nice and private. Walkable to Charleston’s stores and restaurants and attractions (bring comfy shoes). Courtney was responsive and helpful.

Had such a wonderful stay at Modern Mellow for a weekend getaway. Nellie was amazing to work with and was so friendly and helpful. The place was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We felt right at home and sincerely appreciated the hospitality we were shown. Would highly recommend for anyone exploring the Charleston area!!

We came here for a quick anniversary trip, and this was the perfect spot for us! Right away, we could tell how clean it was by the way it looked and smelled! The upstairs bathroom and bedroom are gorgeous- such a vibe. We loved the location being so close to king street and many restaurants and coffee shops. Would 100% stay here again!

This was our second time staying here! It's so clean and they have put a lot of intention and thought into their space! 2 minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants! Perfect location! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this great Charleston single house. The inside was beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet and dresser space. Great location with off-street parking. Easily walkable to great restaurants, museums and tours.

Had a great 3 days at Mary’s place exploring Charleston. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Everything was great. Check in & out instructions were very clear. Most of the time we walked to wherever we were headed for the day—occasionally we then Uber/Lyfted back. Parking was not an issue. We parked on the street right beside the property. As Mary clearly states in her description, there is traffic/city noise. This was not a problem for us, but if it would bother you, bring ear plugs for sleeping, or choose another destination ;-) Overall, this is a fantastic property!

We had an amazing experience for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Beautiful space and very attentive host. Walking distance to king street with great restaurants and shopping. Having an ensuite in every room was a huge perk. Highly recommend!

This was a great find for a long weekend! Lots of cool restaurants, not too far from the heart of it all. Beds were comfy, air conditioning was cold, and the place was immaculate.

Our stay with Danelle and Robby was great! Robby unlocked the key box for us since it was raining when we arrived, allowing us to quickly get all of our stuff inside. The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious. The farm is quiet, peaceful and not too far out of town. Danelle and Robby were friendly throughout our stay, answering our (and our kids) countless questions and even taking us on a tour to see the Alpacas up close and get an opportunity to pet them and learn more about them. Our kids loved this stay and it was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. They looked forward to seeing the Alpacas each morning as we left and each evening as we returned. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Charleston - very walkable. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated having such a kind and responsive host. We took a quick trip to Charleston and needed a pet friendly location for our golden retriever. This stay exceeded our expectations - great space, beautiful kitchen, fenced in yard space, and a peaceful neighborhood with park space right in front of the house. We were even able to walk with our dog to multiple bars and restaurants, including finding two new Charleston favorites - Prophet Coffee and Odd Duck Market! Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was in a great location with easy access to downtown and North Charleston. The house was very comfortable and clean. I really loved how everything was decorated and it was very well supplied. The owner did make note that it could be a little noisy with children running around and with it being an older house. There were ear plugs and sound machines available, but we didn’t need to use them; noise was never an issue for us. Overall, it was a lovely home and a great getaway for me and my sister. I highly recommend!

I will definitely return to Kerim’s place if I’m in the area. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was home. He was an awesome host!

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

We absolutely loved our stay. The description says it’s perfect for a girls trip, but Trish made it feel like home for everyone! Our little family loved the convenience of the location and the amenities were fantastic. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Alex is an amazing host. The place was very clean and inviting and was just the perfect spot to chill and unwind from a busy day. They paid attention to all the small details and were really clear on not only the listing's description, but the overall communication as well. Would certainly stay here again.

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week while we were on holiday in Charleston. The space was very large and had tons of room for us to relax and my son to play. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was very nice and even had a massive kids pool that was shaded. It was also in a great location as the airport was about 15 minutes, downtown about 35 (shorter without traffic) and Sullivan’s Island beach access in about 45 minutes (shorter without traffic). My only comment on the space was it can be a little loud at times since you’re right above the pool and the event room. But all of the guests did follow the rules and everything was quiet by 10PM. If you’re looking for a great location, with a pool and great area outside the city, this is the place! Will recommend to anyone traveling here especially with kids!
