What can I say?! My expectations were met and exceeded! We went for a girls trip and everyone kept telling me, you did good finding this place! It is beautiful and we all wanted to move in! Great location and we walked everywhere!

We loved our stay! Natalya was very responsive which we really appreciated! We unfortunately had a flat tire and she even helped by giving us some local places that could assist us. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was provided! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Bed was cozy and there were more than enough towels and linens. The incredible views from every room and easy access to the beach was such a treat. The Wild Dunes neighborhood is gated and has a wonderful family/ community/safe feel. It truly was a wonderful stay! Thank you to the owner for all the care and attention to detail put into this home making it so comfortable!

We had a lovely stay in Kiawah, and Christian’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach, comfortable and well equipped.

This is a fantastic condo on IOP. Walkable, clean, and Robert was very helpful with requests and communications.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

The place had all we needed, the walk to the beach and town was easy! Great area and convenient. Definitely would come back! Also, special touches were the dog treats and extra 💩 bags 🤣

Kathy was a wonderful host. She was probably the best host I’ve ever encountered. The place looked as described and there were a lot of snacks, candy and even drinks in the fridge for us. She is super thoughtful and kind. The location was good, quiet and the home has everything you can think of. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need for a rental in Charleston.

It was an absolute dream to stay here on our honeymoon and we look forward to returning on vacations to come!! :)

We had an amazing stay!! We were visiting for wedding planning and ran into some scheduling conflicts & needed an early check-in. The Akers team was so responsive and got us in as soon as they could - very helpful & quick. The walk to the beach is about 6 min total, but is a really quick bike ride, you do have to find trail paths to get there or it’s longer using roads - we used google maps to help us find the paths. The entire island is dog friendly we took our pup just about every dinner, there is even an off leash beach area. The airbnb is just like the images so pretty & clean we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the screened in porch. We will be recommending this as an option for any of our wedding guests with pups! :)

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

This is the place you need to choose! The host was extremely responsive when we had a concern at check-in. He also had the pantry and refrigerator stocked with breakfast essentials! This was a huge benefit since we flew in and could sit back and not worry about adding in a grocery stop to our agenda for the day. Each bedroom having a bathroom was amazing especially in a historic city. Perfect for a girls weekend when bathroom time is essential. There are many mirrors around the house, but not as many shelves for cosmetics, but we made it work. The location is perfect, close to King St and many restaurants, attractions and shopping. Our weekend night was a little noisy so bring ear plugs if street noise bothers you. We loved our time here for a great girls trip and will definitely stay if we come back again!

Nice, clean, and convenient place. We loved the proximity to the pool. At the last minute, we left our dogs at home, but we would choose to return to Steve's place if we bring the dogs in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. We never heard the guests who were above us, and only heard the neighbors to the side when they entered their unit.

I have stayed in many condos and let me just say this one really stood out as top notch! It was clean, nice furnishings, fully equipped. One thing that was soooo nice was it was stocked trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent. The utility closet was full of extra surprises of beach equipment, toys, and cleaning supplies. It felt just like home!!! It truly felt like a home and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Highly recommend. It’s top notch of all condos we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

Steve was incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our entire stay. His property was absolutely perfect and exactly the way it was listed as. There were no surprises with the property. The location was also amazing due to its seclusion and beachfront location. My family and I would love to stay there again. Villa was great! Location was close to beach and restaurants. The pool was nice.

Beautiful place with incredible views. Felt like we were on the ocean. An incredible location in Folly Beach. Easy access to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Living space was very spacious for our family of five. Only down side was lack of beach gear. Even a couple chairs would have been nice.

This was a perfect experience for my family. Everything was clearly communicated, the condo was clean and fresh. The complex was clean and peaceful, we enjoyed the fishing dock and the teen kids walked to the beach. This is Exactly how Airbnb is supposed to work. Great place!
