Just roll out of bed and walk through the tree lined tunnel straight to the boardwalk of your own fairly private beach! Bring your dogs and let them roam the huge fenced in backyard lined with live oaks and a fire pit for the family to unite. A quieter part of Folly where the surfers like to shred but still only a short while to the bars of Folly and just 15 minutes from downtown. You will love this place!!

Hobie’s Hangout, Isle of Palms Beach Front

Hobie's Hangout is a quaint and comfortable beach house with a "cottage" feel, located on the beach with nothing but the dunes between you and the ocean. Home is small but has an open feel. Each bedroom is about 10'x12'. This "old-style IOP" home comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 4 bedrooms in upstairs space. (King, queen, full and 2 twins.) 2 full baths upstairs plus 2 showers and half bath on first floor.
