Great place that is very well located. Quiet and very rustic. Gen is a very proactive and responsive host. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This place is SO nice!! It’s in one of those very nice peaceful and private neighborhoods. Lawrence and Sharon are super nice people. When I arrived I felt like the apartment was my home. Everything they say they provide in the listing is there and then some. The food in the fridge was a very nice touch. There’s even a bag of ice in the freezer.The kitchen is great! I cooked breakfast and made lunch with ease. I love that there is a dishwasher. The washer and dryer machines are really good quality! The walk in closet in the bedroom is niiice even though we didn’t really use it, but we used the hamper in there. The living room was very comfy. Everything is neat and clean. I really felt like it was our home. Everything you need is provided to you. There were directions throughout on how to use appliances. There is a binder with recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets, things to do, etc. I would 100% recommend this place and I hope to come back next year! Thank you!!

Very cozy and cute stay close to Charlottesville! It’s super close to town and easy to ride share. Property is very peaceful and relaxing to be at.

I had a wonderful stay. Ruthann’s place was beautiful both inside and out. The room was spacious, spotless, and full of light, perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, great water pressure in the shower. I especially loved the raised nook beside the bed; it was a lovely place to begin the day, reading by the morning light and listening to the birds. The private patio is peaceful, a well-shaded garden with comfortable furnishings; you can spend all day out there. Ruthann is just lovely. Her instructions for parking and accessing the space were clear, and she was very responsive and checked in with me each day. It was great to chat. I felt very welcome. I appreciated all the little touches, from snacks and water to the collection of DVDs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and hope to stay again!

We loved our stay at this condo in Wintergreen. The condo was beautifully furnished. Very clean. And the views from the balcony are unbelievable. Since it was spring, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. The mountains were so lush and green. The host responded to any questions within minutes. Check out was a breeze. We will be booking again!

we stay at this property whenever visiting our son in Palmyra. the unit is always spotless, warm and welcoming. recent upgrades are a functional kitchen with sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, Hot plate for quick one pot meals and microwave. the space is under a large cathedral ceiling and offers plenty of space for two people but can accommodate four with the additional queen size air mattress available. perfect place for a young familys, or a few friends to spend a weekend or longer. The fact that pets are welcome is also awesome. thank you linnice for providing such a warm comforting unit!

The house was everything we hoped and more! The hosts clearly give a great deal of thought to their guests' comfort, with so many little details covered. It was great to arrive after a long drive and find snacks and breakfast foods in the fridge. Also when I realized I had forgotten a personal care item, I was fairly amazed to see that the hosts provided a variety of those easily forgotten things -- making my stay that much easier. We also truly loved having our morning coffees on the sun porch, and playing games of corn hole in the beautifully maintained back yard. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, convenient location, house was clean. House was stocked with extras and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Matt was great, he was very accommodating and helpful.

Great house in Charlottesville. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Comfortable beds and a tankless hot water heater which is nice with multiple teens showering. Matt was very responsive to my questions and super quick to reply. We enjoyed walking down to the casual brewery Högwaller. Would recommend this house for a visit to the Charlottesville area.

A peaceful stay loved sitting on the porch late at nite

The place was very cozy and clean. We stay for the weekend for a concert in town. It was very close and convenient to the down town area.

Greenwood Vista greatly exceeded our expectations. It was easily the most organized, best appointed (for our needs) Airbnb we have stayed in. The view is gorgeous and we spent a good bit of time just sitting on the porch bird watching, there is a gorgeous indigo bunting who has claimed one of the bare branches down the hill from the house. The hosts clearly went out of their way to make everything as user friendly as possible. Almost everything in the home is voice controlled by Alexa. I was initially a tad daunted by the CIA-looking server that you pass in the garage before coming into the house and the cameras and sensors everywhere. However, according to the guidebook (also excellent) there are no cameras inside the house and I took this at face value. Check out process is minimal and simple. We plan to come back next year.

We loved our stay at Seth’s place. It looked just like the photos. The decor was whimsical and serene. Every time we looked around, we noticed something new. We also loved the fun lighting. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Everything is easy to find and clearly labeled. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The neighborhood is charming and walkable to many restaurants. I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

This cottage is absolutely fantastic! It is so beautiful! We used the space for my daughter and her bridesmaids to sleep the night before her wedding and get ready there in the morning, and the girls adored it. They all raved about how nice the bathrooms were and how beautiful the space is. The kitchen table was also the perfect space for everyone to be together for hair and makeup. We did mother / daughter pics in the office room and the lighting and decor was stunning for these pics. Such a fantastic space in a beautiful neighborhood and practically on Grounds if you’re visiting UVA but set far back enough in the neighborhood that it’s quiet. Really can not say enough great things!

We felt right at home the moment we walked in! The views are breathtaking, and the space itself is so charming. The resource guide provided truly gives you everything and more in terms of instructions and things to do. Response times are also fantastic if you reach out with any questions. If my husband & I ever find ourselves in the area, we are absolutely coming back to this location!

Great stay. Isaac was easy to deal with. The place is beautiful and in a great location. We would definitely come back. It needs more hangers and more towels. Next time I will bring an extra set of towels for each bathroom with me. Very easy check out. Very relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was nice to be in a newer unit. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great being walkable to Fire and Frost, a coffee/wood fired pizza restaurant, and we prefer the upper mountain location also being walkable to golf, tennis and trails. We hope to come back to Wintergreen soon. It is a great place to relax!

Fantastic place to stay and a very good host. Communication from the host was always extremely fast, detailed, and helpful. The space itself is fantastic - perfect view of the Blue Ridge Mountains skyline and sunset. Also, especially in the skiing off-season (which it was for our visit), it’s very close to Devil’s Backbone, Bold Rock, Three Notch’d, etc, but you are still far enough away to feel like you’ve gotten away from everything. There’s also a solid-looking pizza restaurant in walking distance, though we did not make it there during our visit. The condo has 2 stories that both serve their purpose very nicely - the upstairs has a nice living space and a clean, very usable kitchen. The downstairs has bunk beds and you could walk from the downstairs patio to the slopes. In the offseason, there is a nice hiking trail that is no more than 100 yards away. Overall, we had a blast and would love to return! Thank you!

Wonderful condo with amazing views. Close to hiking trails, and a restaurant right across the street. Watching the sunrise on the deck is so amazing and peaceful. Lauren is extremely responsive.

Very clean and a great place to sit back and relax after a long day out. The living room features two sliding glass doors with screens, which was perfect for the weather in early-June. That and the covered balcony was where we sat back and relaxed.
