Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

The Stables Cottage

The Stables Cottage is a modern and spacious one bedroom cottage with original oak beam features and underfloor heating. All rooms are on the ground floor, with an en-suite king-sized bedroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan living space provides a lounge with dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors can be opened back onto the large patio with outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy the spacious shared gardens with wonderful views of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 adults and two children . It has a hot tub and stunning views in a quiet, rural location with happy hens and 4 pet pigs. The ground floor is open-plan and accessible with a wet room. There are two double bedrooms upstairs. The area is great for walkers, cyclists and equestrians. It’s perfect for a countryside retreat or an hour from Manchester or the beaches of Lytham St Anne’s, excitement in Blackpool or the calm of the Lake District.

The Stables, Sambrook, Newport TF10 8AL

The stables is a lovely modern barn conversion on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border. There are three bedrooms a double downstairs with an en-suite wet room and ideal for those with limited mobility. Upstairs there is a triple room with a double & single beds a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a King en-suite with shower room. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen and a comfortable living room, under floor heating throughout the downstairs.

Betton Cottage is a spacious first floor apartment in the grounds of Betton House, a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. Breakfast is provided. The beds in the 2 bedrooms can be either formed as super kings or twin beds providing flexibility sleeping arrangements for couples or a group of friends. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
