Excellent location that is right on the Main Street. Many pubs and restaurants right in front. Love all the quaint little shops to look at. The apartment is cosy. The master bedroom is huge & well furnished. The door of the downstairs toilet cannot close so we will ask someone to place a chair outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment is steep so be careful whilst going up and down the stairs. Access to parking space is very tight through the archway so we parked at the Central Car Park a few minutes walk away Overall a good value for money.

Dan and Karen were incredibly responsive in helping me facilitate a last minute trip. Can’t fault the booking process or the property in any way. We will certainly be back in the future.

Very good accommodation in a central location only five minutes or so from Derby town centre. Comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels. As what's offered is one of a number of apartments within a large block, the image on the posting may be slightly different from the apartment you are allocated. NB Although the description states that Netflix is provided, you have to bring your own login.

Stepped in at last minute to provide accommodation when I was let down. Place was so beautiful and location was perfect. Host stayed in touch, provided lots of info and was very flexible. Even provided a little care package as I was so stressed! Will defo book again!

We stayed for 2 nights to attend our daughter's graduation. The flat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and very well located for the university and for eating out in the evenings. Wish we had had more time to go to the Art Gallery and do some shopping as well! Would stay there again.

Loved being on Rodney street. Very central, whilst also not too hectic with folks passing by at night n day. Ten mins walk to lime Street and centre of city, whilst also by loads of buses etc to get around. Particularly good price weekdays, which was handy for me to bring my brother for first trip up in 30 years. Windows open a little, which I need for airflow. Good size bedrooms and blackout curtains. Proper oven and fridge freezer so you can cook but also alot of basic and bougie places to eat. A city of character and heart even when students are pouring in 😎

Great location with easy access to the city, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. The apartment was as absolutely as advertised and we have no complaints, but the overall feeling was a bit corporate compared to other air BnBs we’ve stayed at for the same cost, maybe this was just lack of personal touches and having to do an emergency trip first thing our first morning for toilet paper as there was less than a third of a roll when we arrived. There was a bit of guess work re getting the hot water working, as the boiler was turned off, might be nice to turn this on prior to arrival, or add in to the apartment notes. Communications felt a little copy and paste and instructional, rather than personal, but these are tiny points in an otherwise pleasant trip to Birmingham. Thank you for the use of the space

We stayed at Roy's place as a base for cricket at Headingley. It was perfect! It was an easy walk to the ground and has free, private parking. The place itself is stylish, modern, comfortable and clean. We were grateful for the early check-in and great communication. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is great, the room is great, and we loved the few days we spent here.Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, we absolutely loved our stay, and we will certainly be booking again in the near future. We had everything we needed in the room, it was extremely clean and the size was perfect. 🩷 will be booking again soon!

Great place to stay

The apartment was cosy, and I felt at home during my stay. The kitchen had everything you needed, and there was a supermarket just a few minutes away for all the grocery needs. The train station is just a 5-minute walk to visit Birmingham, and the bus stop was also right next to the apartment. The apartment also included all the amenities listed and much more.

A very quiet place to relax and enjoy the company of your partner. Place was very clean and tidy. Bed super comfortable. Will definitely return when I’m back in Manchester. Highly recommend

Had to return to UK on urgent family business and needed a convenient place, close to family. The apartment had everything we needed, from location and private parking, through to comfort and "pots n pans" and everything in-between !! Swinley apartment had it all - in spades. Highly recommended, top of our list of places to stay in Wigan.

What a fantastic experience, from start to finish. The apartment is incredibly conveniently located, easy walking distance from the city centre, and the theatre (which is where I was based for the week I was staying). Despite being just up the road from Rock City, it felt quiet, private and secure, and you wouldn’t have known such a large venue was nearby. Inside, the property is exactly as described, and had been prepared to the highest standard. I was met on arrival by Kieran, who was friendly, professional and attentive. Moving in was an incredibly smooth process. Mat and Kieran checked in with me a couple of times during the week, ensuring I had all I needed, which was a very nice touch. Overall, could not have been happier with my experience and, in my opinion, this apartment represents a fantastic option for anyone wanting to stay near the centre of Nottingham, and is also very good value for money.
