Toilet paper was missing😉, but after informing Fabrice, he made himself available and was there within 15 minutes. Very attentive and proactive host. Thank you for such an excellent stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The toys for the kids are an added bonus. Lucie was always quick to respond and offered local suggestions for places to eat and clear instructions regarding check in and parking. For anyone wanting a stay that’s close to Disneyland this is perfect, as it is right next door to the metro station. Overall a 5 star stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Joy Apartment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had everything we needed! The location is ideal with direct bus connections every minute to Disneyland and the RER train station for trips to Paris! The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a spacious bathroom. It’s located in a quiet, modern building just a short walk from the train station, with only one stop to Disneyland. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, adding to the convenience. The host was very attentive, friendly, and made the stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Disneyland. Highly recommended

The flat is located strategically, with good transport links a 20-minute walk away to get to Disneyland and City Centre. The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The flat had everything we needed and looked clean and cozy. It is also in a fairly safe and quiet neighbourhood and building. Would definitely recommend as it is so affordable!

Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture...). Vigilance point on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a top jam roll I highly recommend it.

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!

He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Rarely seen beauty and perfect and sufficient supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no need to worry, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
