Logement proche de Disney (10 minutes en voiture) et conforme à la description. Il manquait juste le papier toilette 😉, mais après en avoir informé Fabrice il s'est rendu disponible et était là dans les 15 minutes. Hôte très à l'écoute et pro actif. Appartement au calme et bénéficiant d'une place de parking en sous-sol. Nous recommandons.

Perfect accommodation for our family trip to Disneyland. Modern place with everything you’ll need for a short stay. Excellent communication with Georges throughout the process of booking and during our visit, he’s a super responsive host.

Je recommande ce logement. Fidèle à l'annonce et état impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous y avons passé une nuit pour un weekend à Disney, très pratique car tout proche du parc. Nous retenons l'adresse pour de futurs séjour.

Thank you for such an excellent stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The toys for the kids are an added bonus. Lucie was always quick to respond and offered local suggestions for places to eat and clear instructions regarding check in and parking. For anyone wanting a stay that’s close to Disneyland this is perfect, as it is right next door to the metro station. Overall a 5 star stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Joy Apartment. L'appartement est très confortablement meublé avec beaucoup d'attention aux détails. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! L'emplacement est idéal avec des liaisons en bus directes toutes les minutes vers Disneyland et la gare RER pour les voyages vers Paris ! Malgré son bon emplacement, l'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et très agréable. Merci pour votre chaleureux contact avant et pendant notre séjour ! The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a spacious bathroom. It’s located in a quiet, modern building just a short walk from the train station, with only one stop to Disneyland. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area, adding to the convenience. The host was very attentive, friendly, and made the stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Disneyland. Highly recommended

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

The flat is located strategically, with good transport links a 20-minute walk away to get to Disneyland and City Centre. The host was very responsive and flexible with our check-in time. The flat had everything we needed and looked clean and cozy. It is also in a fairly safe and quiet neighbourhood and building. Would definitely recommend as it is so affordable!

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Logement chic et très propre. Superbe literie J ai pu profiter de l extérieur qui est top (salon de jardin…). Point de vigilance sur escalier abrupt pour monter à la chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus avec un roulé à la confiture au top Je recommande vivement

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
