Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The setting is pleasant, the accommodation was clean and in line with the listing. I highly recommend for a short friendly stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Charming little quiet house, perfect for a weekend. 20 min walk to the P train to Paris. Sylvain, our host, was responsive and very pleasant. A personalized welcome worthy of the best Airbnb. We will come back without hesitation.

What a lovely apartment! Cozy and filled with light from windows on both sides. The apartment was quiet and we slept soundly. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is cute and close to buttes Chaumont which is such a beautiful park to explore.

The accommodation was really nice, especially because there are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. In addition, you can get to the city center of Paris very quickly by train. Nicolas always responded directly to messages and was always available. We would definitely book the accommodation again 🥰

Cindy and her apartment are delightful. Clean, comfortable, and charming apartment in a cool corner of the 11th. Located just off a lovely park with lots of good coffee, drink, and dinner spots nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Dominique’s place was wonderful - a great location with plenty of suggestions from the host. The space was clean and comfortable, with a really homely vibe. Dominique was communicative - proactive and responsive - alongside going above and beyond what a host would typically do. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

Thanks to Anna and Guillaume me and my group had an exceptional stay. The flat was absolutely gorgeous, had every possible thing available, great access to public transport and is located in a chill but central area of Paris. Additionally, the communication with both hosts was extremely easy and lovely. They also extended our check out time due to the very hot weather that day in Paris. I really hope we were good guest, because if I travel with a group to Paris again I would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This house has a warm atmosphere that delights both big and small thanks to the outdoor space. i highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Very pleasant stay in a spacious house ideal for accommodating many travelers. Excellent communication beforehand, I highly recommend if you want to spend a stay in Seine-et-Marne.

We spent a great week at Seine-et-Marne Limondin. It was a beautiful apartment and very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Patricia met us on arrival, she was very friendly and we were shown around by the host. All was as detailed in the site. It was 20 minutes from Disney by car and we sent 3 days at the parks. We also visited Le Provins a beautiful picturesque medieval town along with a visit to the excellent Big Cat Park which was only 5 minutes drive. Many thanks

Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.
