Wow, what a stunning home with beautiful furnishings. We feel truly blessed that you have allowed us access to your fabulous home for the week. This is the very first time we have used Airbnb and what a fabulous way to start. We really wish we didn't have to head home. Huge thank you to Christine also for being such a warm and friendly host. Lovely tour round to let us know how to work appliances, where to find essentials and the guide book available. This was the perfect location for us as we could easily access Paris Centre, Disneyland Paris and the local area by car. Fabulous bakery, supermarkets and bistro cafe restaurants that are also within walking distance. The house was beautifully furnished and provided all essentials, soaps, dish washer tablets, toilet roll, towels, bed linen etc. We would highly recommend staying at this stunning property. The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! The unit is very clean, simple, efficient, and met the needs of our family’s 5-night stay. It’s in a lively area on a main-ish street of Vitry-sur-Seine, and all windows face the street in a quaint and charming historic building. The apartment is equipped with what’s needed for an extended stay, and has both an excellent boulangerie and convenient carre-four market across the street. Good value and helpful, responsive hosts.

Ideally located for both getting to Paris and Disneyland. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 5 children. Very close to thec train station. Basic but clean and would recommend. Very easy to communicate with the host who was very helpful. Thanks so much for having us!

Everything was great, small confusion with the instructions on how to get the keys. Other than that all was pleasant and Caroline was great. It is an old building so some noises from the neighbours and from the street come clearly inside, but since the neighbourhood is peaceful it was not troublesome for us at least.

Mia was an amazing host! We were staying for a whole month. She was very communicative from the very beginning and always checked in to make sure everything is alright. We were in the process of moving to Paris and she did not hesitate to help us with recommendations. The place was perfect for our dog and it is very peaceful. The place had a functioning AC and is equipped with everything one needs. When the dryer broke, Mia did not hesitate to have it immediately replaced to avoid any inconveniences - truly amazing and I can only recommend staying at any of her places with such an amazing host. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Charlotte was a superb host, providing us with friendly, clear instructions during our stay. The apartment is lovely and perfectly maintained - Charlotte has a great sense of style. I am used to staying closer to the centre of Paris, but the quality of the apartment more than made up for being a little further out. Would happily recommend to anyone, and would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

All the occupants were more than delighted, each their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. This house has a warm atmosphere that delights both big and small thanks to the outdoor space. i highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay - a really beautiful house , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet village with a lovely river , a supermarket 10 minute walk away and a boulangerie within a 5 minute drive . Disneyland Paris is only a 30 minute drive and Paris is easy to get to on the train from Lizy sur Ourcq - it is only 40 minutes and includes one easy change at Meaux. Just make sure you validate your ticket on the machine at your departure station to avoid a fine . The 7 days flew by and we didn’t want to come home , thank you Francois for a wonderful stay !

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Very pleasant stay in a spacious house ideal for accommodating many travelers. Excellent communication beforehand, I highly recommend if you want to spend a stay in Seine-et-Marne.

We spent a great week at Seine-et-Marne Limondin. It was a beautiful apartment and very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Patricia met us on arrival, she was very friendly and we were shown around by the host. All was as detailed in the site. It was 20 minutes from Disney by car and we sent 3 days at the parks. We also visited Le Provins a beautiful picturesque medieval town along with a visit to the excellent Big Cat Park which was only 5 minutes drive. Many thanks

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
