Isabella and Claudio welcomed us very warmly. There was prosecco, cantuccini, coffee and food for cooking ready for us, which we found extremely thoughtful. Everything was lovingly prepared for us with a lot of attention to detail. We received tips from both for restaurants, for activities and for our trip to Rome. The two are lovely and very likeable, great hosts. We will be happy to come back. The great 10 km long, very well-maintained sandy beach with some bars and restaurants is within walking distance. We also recommend a visit to the Tarot Garden by Niki de Saint Phalle and the medieval, enchanting town of Capalbio. All in all, the Maremma with its unspoiled landscape is worth a trip.

Lovely place, curated in every detail. Outdoor it is exactly like the pics, inside it’s even better, with comfortable and cozy spaces. I cannot think of anything more we could have asked for. Thanks Ilaria Maria for hosting us, you are a role model for every airbnb owner!

Mario was special, a place with all the comforts, very clean, in a quiet area, with a park that is also very well cared for. in addition to the very nice place, it was nice to feel welcomed by Mario, like old friends. the apartment in addition to being in an excellent location to reach the beautiful beaches even on foot, is in a convenient location to visit the entire Maremma, the natural oasis of Lake Buriano, the Tarot garden, Ansedonia, the archaeological park of Cosa, the entire Monte Argentario , Capalbio. It was a beautiful vacation, I will be very happy to return to Mario.
