I don’t think you can get a better value in Chicago. It’s quiet and not to far from the trains

This is a charming and very comfortable unit. All the amenities are thoughtful and more generous than most other AirBNBs that I’ve stayed. We found the location very convenient to family and Northwestern U, and even getting downtown. The unit was spotless, clean and organized. And exceeded our expectations. Being able to park in the garage was a huge benefit for us. We had a busy schedule with leaving in the morning and not getting back until later evening. It was so nice not to have to search for street parking and not have that worry. We very much enjoyed our stay. This will be our “place” when we return. Elizabeth

Kasey and her husband were awesome host!!They were kind & responsive! My friend and I come during a time in winter and Kasey was very quick to keep us warm! Although they do have a child it was very rare when we were disruptive by noise! Love the vibes of the Airbnb and the fact that I felt like home says something! I definitely recommend staying here. Such a co beautiful and peaceful area as well.

I discovered a house-sitting arrangement for Roxane and Michael, and they liked my background and reason for travel. The house is big enough to accommodate visitors and hosts together. I was busy going in and out so I didn't spend a lot of time with her, but the time spent was light-hearted. It was very nice to interact with her, she is very kind and has a great sense of humor :) The location is fantastic, thanks to the new Peterson/Ridge Metra station which is about a 10/15 minute walk from the apartment, getting to downtown will only take a few minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there is a Target right around the corner, which has definitely been helpful during my stay. Without a doubt, choosing this apartment has been a good choice!
