Le logement se compose d'un dressing-buanderie, équipé d'une machine à laver ainsi qu'un fer à repasser et d'un WC au niveau de l'entrée. Puis un salon lumineux avec une cuisine équipée ( four, lave-vaisselle..), un coin séjour avec un canapé convertible et une télé. À l'étage, une mezzanine ouverte, faisant office de chambre à coucher avec sa salle de bain.
