The apartment was super nice, spacious and furnished to a high standard, with all amenities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, rain showers. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is downright luxurious. The location is sensational - 50 meters to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the private parking. The vacation was great all around! Dario as a host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible (for example, we were able to enter the apartment earlier than actually planned). We felt welcome and valued by him - it couldn't get any better.

We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!!

Igor was always kind and responsive , there were no problems of any kind . The house is new and has everything a modern house must have (well equipped kitchen with induction,oven,dishwasher, etc., motorized blinds, bathrooms with large shower , equipped patio overlooking the garden ) and in general matches the photos and description . As a bonus, I was given the opportunity to enjoy a free front row gazebo in front of the sea , kindly offered by Igor's father. If I have to find a flaw, I would say that it would be better to put mosquito nets at least in the bedroom and one of the two French doors that face the patio . Keep in mind that there is no TV ( however it is in the description provided by Igor ) . The area is suburban , very quiet with villas and gardens and gardens ; given the distance from the sea and supermarkets it is better to have your own vehicle.

The house was absolutely love and perfect for two families travelling with young children. Our kids loved the pool, which had wide steps that made it easy for them to get in. The depth was 140 cm. We also enjoyed the terrace/veranda and had all our meals there. The kitchen was very well equipped but you might want to bring a corkscrew and a potato peeler as well as extra tea towels. We stayed for a week and paid €74 in electricity. As we had to leave early for airport, we settled the bill the evening before and appreciated that flexibility. We highly recommend this place, but would like to mention that you should be a confident driver to get to the house. The roads in the area a very narrow and seemingly rather random, which was a bit nerve racking at first. For shopping, we recommend Esselunga or Lidl. Lidl had a great selection of good wine for €3-4.
